Hey everyone, I picked up a sweet '95 that's ready to ride but I'd like to get backgrounds for the plates.
Without having to go through zillions of posts, I'd like to ask which vendors that would be the best to furnish these?
thanks !!

thanks 696. I see you are in the woodlands. If you can, make plans to attend the "oldschool reunion" at Rio Bravo aug.22-23.
Huge bike show on Sunday.

Thanks, WFO, I'm hoping to go, if I don't have job commitments. I work with Texas ISDs and the fall semester begins for most on the 24th -- so it'll be crazy busy up 'til then. It would be great to make it, I've heard that Rio is an amazing experience. Bucket list for sure!

Throttle Jockey did the graphics on my '95 125 and when I got them they even had my name on the tank graphics the same way that Henry, Lamson & McGrath had it their tanks back in '95.I ride and race the bike alot and the graphics have been on there close to 2 years and still look great with no peeling or anything like that. It's funny the red plastic has faded a bit but the graphics still look like when I put them on.

Throttle Jockey was one the pioneers of the graphics kit. I've used them over the years for several of my Honda projects, they are always done well, when they say they will be done. Good stuff, as Rick Sieman would say! Your kit looks great vmx3!

T.J. doesn't seem to offer background colors other than BLACK for 95 CR.

Is there something I'm missing?

You are just looking for number plate backgrounds correct ? Try decal works as I'm sure they have the template. You can even have them print the number on them.

Just call them and ask for Matt, I would think that it's hard to list everything that they do on the website. I always call when I need stuff and they have never told me no on anything.
