I would peg him for a possible moto win at Unadilla, but with Barcia picking it up lately and in his home state, and of course with Dungey being Golenrod it might be a tall order to fill. But remember last year after a dismal race at Shougal, he came back and won a moto at Dilla, so as usual with CP YOU JUST NEVER KNOW.

Man I'd like to see it .... I just think the intensity has gone up a notch since he last won indoors. If he has a great off season and adapts to the new bike he could be dangerous. He'll benefit from having a good setting to start with right off the bat.

I'll predict that he'll be top 450 sx rookie next year, yea yea he's rode a 450 before but he's never done one 450sx race ever to my knowledge. I think with his starts he'll be really good as long as he doesn't get roughed up in beginning as he's not keen on that.

Here's the interview with Pourcel where he confirms to me he's signed for two more years in the US>>> http://www.motoxaddicts.com/2015/07/27/inside-story-christophe-pourcel-…
Great write up Dan! Congrats on being fair to the guy and thank you for actually giving us some detail and background on what he's gone through to get where he is. He's received a repution, unfairly in my opinion, as being difficult, hard to work with, doesn't try if he doesn't get a start...which we saw today and other times throughout this year that is total BS, and he's labeled with monicker of being crafty and sneaky, again unfair in my eyes and totally dishonest as no other rider out there gets those shitty types of labels.

I think he'll be battling for the lead once he gets on the 16' bike.

In the same way that Dungey looks so much more comfortable now than on the '13.

Awesome, I feel he is really starting to turn it around with the fans, wonder what kind of reception he is going to receive at A1??
I cant remember where or when I read it, but didn't he say Roger D wanted him on the Husky to help out with testing the new bike? KTM definitely has it going on right now!!

I've always respected the guy and was left scratching my head in 2011 when he wasn't at A1. I understand he had his price tag high and some thought he was tough to work with, but if he was American, It would of been worked out.
