Why is it so difficult to find mirrored lenses, mudflaps and other accessories for the Airbrakes? I got tired of my 100% goggles(they pinched my nose) and i got a pair of Airbrakes with the roll off system.

I'm planning on getting a second pair because i need 2-3 goggles when i'm racing but should i invest in the Airbrakes when all the freaking mirrored lenses are sold out in every store in the world?! dirtbikebitz.co.uk have the Jade lens but that is the only store with a mirrored lens that i'v found. There are many places that sell the clear one and the smoke lens. Not even BTO have mirrored lenses in stock.

The Oakley Airbrake is the premier goggle in the MX industry, and it's a pain in the ass to get all the necessary accessories. Do you guys know why that is?

I'v started speculating in if Oakley are going to release a new version of the Airbrakes and thats why it's so difficult to find accessories?

Just got my 1st set of Airbrakes - absolutely think they are awesome!! Bet fit I've ever had.......$$$$$........oh well. I do agree that the lenses are hard to find and they only make a couple of colors.

I'd be surprised it they make a new version - however one never knows!

Do the airbrakes have a better nose area? My goggles have pinched my nose shut my whole life.

Yeah, they don't pinch my nose at all! By far the best goggle i'v ever used, i recommend that you find a dealer with a pair and try them out(or a friend who got them). And especially if you want to use roll offs, i hated the normal roll offs because of the tiny film but the airbrake film is so big that i'm happy to run roll offs.

The only complaint i have is the incredibly stupid unavailability of lenses, they make about 5 different mirror lenses but it's incredibly difficult to find them in stock :/

I still can't justify spending that much for goggles.

I had a hard time justifying the cost - however I'm so glad I bought a pair. Fits perfectly and the changing of lens to clean or change is so fkn easyWoohoo

Have you tried trimming the foam in the nose area? I have trimmed lots, to the point they barley touch my nose, with no ill side effects.

Not only that, i got pretty scared when i got a rock on my 100% lens and it cracked! You only get one pair of eyes and having the way stronger Airbrake lens will prevent future blindness! :D

Look at the Oakley website, the only lenses you can buy are the clear and the grey one. Ridiculous, some dealers have a few mirror lenses in stock but when they're gone you can't buy them? So the only option is to buy a RV, Tomac or some other Airbrake goggle for 180€+ if i want a mirror lens? That sucks.
