This has always been my interpretation of our slang. If your winning and crash you threw it away, if u stacked it up typically it means u crashed in a timing section. Weeded it means you just put it in the trees, wadded up means swapping to a crash. Ate it means a face plant (hence u ate shit) and kart wheeling means u went over the bars high speed, Endoed can mean that but typically slower speed. 'He went down hard' means he didn't get up and cleaned his clock is typically when u get taken out.

I've crashed / wrecked a bunch. I've stepped off and been spit off. I've pick up passed and been stuffed. I've biffed and seen chrome gnats. I've laid it down and let it die. I've tipped over and just plain fell down.

Call it whatever you like. Dismounting your bike unwillingly is an unfortunate incident that can leave marks and boo boo's.
