yes. They got back into the 50cc market in the mid 90's when KTM launched their 50cc racer, but they flopped again.

Yes, Randy Jones raced those back in the late 70's or early 80's in Maryland. I never new they made anything other than mini's though.

They also made full sized trials bikes back in the day.

i remember they were fairly popular when i was racing 50s in '93 and '94.

I started on a Italjet 50cc back in 71'

That was a wicked 50 in 75&76. Not sure about the reliability of them, though.

Didn’t Shawn kalos and jimmy button start on them I remember some fast kids on them when I was racing Indian dunes

pretty sure they had a full line up, all the way to 500cc , in the store they had a whole ling of them along the wall. bu tmaybe 125 was aas big as i saw,. this was 1977-78 at the latest

Way back when, when our first WalMart opened Italajets were the featured .25 cent ride out front along with the usual horse. I couldn't believe my eyes and my kid couldn't wait to ride. A horrible fate for a once state of the art racebike that made the movement away from the standard PW50 a nobrainer. I was thinkin' the Action 50 was part of the Italajet family.
