They told me to run it about 5 hours on the oil that came with it . The first hour I guess I was pretty easy on it. . As much as I bitch about the cost of the oil I only use the motoerex. 10-60 . I also use DT-1 air filters. I got a sponsorship with them . To be honest it's the exact same filter as a moose .

sounds like a good plan, iv read that all new bikes are tested pretty good at the factory before shipping. If that's true then I'd guess it would be fine after an hour or so.

Here's what I'm thinking about, but in 350 sizing

I love those 6 Days kits. Make the bike look pretty sweet. We had a racing buddy that had a very similar kit on his 350 and it was by far the best and cleanest looking bike around at the races.

The 350 will likely be my next bike as well - great looking machine. I ride off-road primarily, so I'll go the XC or XCW route (or Husky - not sure yet).

I've been on 2-strokes for quite a while; just want to change it up and go a different route. My dad has a 350 XCW and thinks its the best bike he's ever owned.

just a little update, I rode around for a little bit last night and I have to say, the KTM feels a lot better than other bikes iv ridden. The hydro clutch is as smooth as can be and she definitely has some bottom end for those thinking it may be lacking. Will be at the track this weekend, ill update more then.

Sweet scooter, Showtime! You've got a fast neighbor nearby........Mark Murphy. You wouldn't be one in the same, would you?

Thanks mini! there are a lot of fast guys here in FL that's for sure, but I'm no Murphy. I grew up riding in Cali so its hard to like FLA riding when you have had a piece of that.

thank you! I had ridden my buddy's 2012 250sxf and loved it...but thought it needed just a little more bottom end, so this was my choice...

I had a 04 crf450 and it was nothing but problems for me, and I'm no pro that bike had more than enough power when it would run. Coming off of a 2 stroke now and couldn't be happier.
Nahh that last comment was fine, as an avid two stroke guy myself the 350 sounds like the ideal four stroke bike for me if I were to ever make the switch

More than a kit. For starters the 4CS fork in place of the old open chamber with adjustable preload EXC standard issue. The mufffler even has 6 days ethched into it and the rims also in white.

Six Days equipment
• 4CS closed-cartridge fork from WP Suspension for optimum damping and high reserves against bottoming out
• Camel seat for improved long-distance comfort
• Skid plate for effective frame and engine protection
•Machined orange anodised triple clamps for extremely precise fork clamping and optimum fork function
• Orange frame
• Supersprox Stealth 2-component rear sprocket with an aluminium inner ring and steel outer ring for maximum durability
• Solid rear brake disc (no slots/holes) for improved heat resistance and reduced brake pad wear
• Floating front brake disc for consistent braking performance in extreme conditions
• Front brake disc guard for optimum protection from stone impact
• Light and sturdy racing mirror
• Metzeler tyres developed in cooperation with KTM for outstanding grip and traction
• Radiator guard for effective radiator protection
• Radiator fan for all 4-stroke models to optimise temperature management in extreme conditions
• Carbon pipe guard on all 2-stroke models for effective expansion chamber protection
• Six Days silencer, anthracite anodised and with Six Days logo (except 125 EXC)
• Front axle puller for simple front wheel removal
• Orange radiator grille
• Orange chain guide
• Exclusive Six Days graphics, with a striking design
for only a little more than the stocker price. The WR does not compete.

Cylinder works 365 kit is well worth the price for the low to mid range improvement. I did my 2012 and it feels great, unless your someone who likes to ride a bike like a 125.

I also have a friend who send his 2015 suspension to KTM Factory services and was happy with the suspension work.

Alright guys, I finally got to ride the 350 this weekend. This beauty has more than enough bottom end to lug around if that's your style, and definitely likes to rev. This bike has just the right amount of power when you need it. It felt light and I could point it anywhere I wanted. This is my first KTM and I'm impressed with the entire bike..probably the best quality product I have ridden. I definitely made the right choice by going orange and hope this helps anybody making a change.
