We had a guy at our shop fresh out of the marines. Nice kid. Once he was out, bought a caprice bubble body, threw dubs on it, system, new wardrobe, looked and acted like an average street dealer in our area. Not 2 months later, he got carjacked 2 blocks from our shop because other dealers thought he was coming in to their turf. Wasnt the police, it was other dealers. Stuffed him in his own trunk. He was fortunate enough that a patrol car passed by the parking lot they had him in and caught them with their .45's pointed at the trunk seconds away from blasting him full of lead.

Dress the part, dont get pissed if you get profiled. It isnt just the police who think you are a thug. Other thugs will think that of you as well.

Profiling is one of the best tactics that they have and all the "oh but what about our feelz" crowd makes policing damn near impossible.

I stated that with a "high degree of accuracy", one could pick people out by the way they look weather or not they had criminal history.
And if you could watch each of these 100 people interact with or around others for 5 minutes each, I'd speculate that you could approach 100% accuracy.
