could use a yellow rear fender by sweet looking nonetheless... Oh and grey Dunlop logos I've never seen that before.

My guess is he'll be on more obtainable parts than the ones shown above. I think GuyB or ML512 said it was probably an edited stock photo (Roczen or JS7's bike). So my guess will be PC A-Kit, a purchased Yosh motor, and you trick odds and ends.

Perhaps this has been discussed infinitum, but I'm curious regarding the 'last 6 rounds' schedule for Millsaps. Is he limited by contract, fitness, injury, finances, or something else? I would think he'll be at a huge fitness disadvantage as his main competition with be significantly race hardened by the time he enters. On the other hand, if running the entire series is cost prohibitive, then maybe his strategy is to use the final 6 rounds to make his case to potential sponsors during contract season ... I suppose he doesn't have many other options at this point.

I think it mostly comes down to putting the actual program together. As of Hangtown, he had just gotten the bikes and had never even rode them. They're currently getting suspension and engines handled while also sorting out transportation and sponsors. Let alone he needs to actually get some riding and testing in to actually be competitive, plus not completely waste his time and make himself look bad in the process.

Also, the FMF sticker on the shroud is another give-away. Wink

That is valuable input, always welcome. Thank you. Almost as valuable as "use the search function".

Again, thank you. You are a prized Vitard. Don't let anyone tell you different.

I'm intrigued.

Will we see "the return of 2013 Davi"? Will he have his back figured out/healed? Will a Hungry Davi actually go out there and Hang It Out?

I suspect he'll do some of those races in Oz, Europe & The Monster Cup in his quest for a ride. I won't be surprised to see him on a Yamaha in '16....IF...If he shows his "old speed"...

JGR already has Peick and Barcia locked down through next year, and I believe Nicoletti brings a little bit of money with him to the team from two sponsors that followed him there. So I doubt they would run four bikes. Laughing

I honestly hope RCH picks him up. Millsaps Roczen and tickle would make a great team. 3 dudes that work hard are humble and let their racing do the talking.

He looked much better on a Suzuki than any other brand.

Michael,

That's why I was asking because I know they are full through next year, I suppose I could have phrased the question as a complete thought. Wink

So if not JGR where could Davi ride for Yamaha on a 450 other than his own gig? And if it is his own gig why go through the trouble of building a SUZSUKI for the last 6 rounds then going through the same effort all over again with the yamadog.

There's more Yamaha Teams to look at from my vantage-point...and, who knows? Maybe more "Yamaha" coming, too.

Currently we have:

JGR
Star
Rock River (they were on the podium 2nd 250 Moto on Sat).

While no-one was paying attention, Yamaha's been spending money. They're the equivalent of a "Japanese KTM" & no-one seems to have noticed... New and Various models...market expansion into multiple segments...an "Engine Program" that's corporate and on par with anyone-else's (if not better) & they seem to be up to something...so, we'll see...

Things are changing.
More Yamahas are almost inevitable.
New Title Sponsor(s) over there look likely, too.

Plenty of change coming in '16.

But, I could be wrong.

I'm not seeing a description of Millsaps there.
