A whole season on the 450 would be a success for CP. He seems pretty undecided though, which isn't a good thing for Husky (or any other team that's interested in him).
An available green bike showed up at the worst moment for Husky...

It's sort of sad to read the "out of shape" posts.

If I'm not mistaken, a symptom of his paralysis recovery is that his body now has a hard time regulating internal temperature, similar to Jimmy Button, who also recovered from partial paralysis. Hence the fans on the starting line, cooling vests, ect.

The guy isn't out of shape, he has a medical condition. The question I'd ask is... what are the excuses of the 34 or so guys behind him who've never been partially, temporarily paralyzed?

Not that I disagree, but if he's going to compete, you make that decision, you can't use it as an excuse... Drives me nuts any time I read about a pro who is out of shape.

Bro. Your job is to be in shape and ride. Do it.

I think he will beat Cairoli on the faster tracks, and he will have Villipotto easily on the sand tracks!
His bike set up will be far superior on those tracks.

Don't you think?

Absolutely, but first things first- he needs to race GP`s which is highly unlikely.

That's all true obviously but I don't think Christophe did much during his off season. I don't think he went to the fitness or something but hopefully I am wrong (as I don't have any proof or anything). For the record, I am a huge fan and hopefully he will do well! I think he would benefit the most if he could work with Aldon!

CP has been a ghost since the over seas SX races. You have no clue what he has been doing this off season, and have no reason to think he hasn't done anything.

Yes I do: his reputation and his history.

People thought pourcel didn't train and was out of shape in 2009 and he still would turn the fastest laps of the race at the end of 35 minute Motos. Same with 2010, 2012, and even once last year. He has shown he knows what it takes to get in shape. Nobody knows what he does. He said last year wasn't a fitness issue and seemed insulted that people didn't think he could handle a 35 minute moto on a 250

He would do better to take a 2 year deal on the Husqvarna than a fill in ride on the Kawasaki

Sarcasm,

This thread is going exactly the same way as the Vilipotto GP threads, all speculations.
