Anyone know the size and pitch of the
oil drain plug?

The kid has a stripped one.

I'm a S.A.E. kinda machinist. I'll just open her up a tad. Screw rethreading with helicoil.

If you have the depth, i'd recommend a time-sert. I've done a few and they work great. Worth the investment.

After I stripped mine out on my 450 exc I retapped it to a 14x1.5. I now own a 200xc and they get hand torqued everytime to specs!

Just use the plug with magnet in the future, don't use both that one and the smaller one. A lot of threads on KTM talk with those stripping out on 125/150/200
