I just finished my RM125 build, which I just did a full rebuild on, top and bottom end, got the carb tuned, brand new spark plug and all that, and everything seemed right but when I went to start it today it wouldn't go. The bike has compression and everything seems to be alright but it seems as I'm not getting any spark. Anyone have any idea what might be the problem?

Check your coil mounts for rust and or dirt. Also check the wires. If all looks ok, then you need to do a OHMs test on the coil.
You can also try unscrewing the plug cap and cutting 1/4" off the wire and then screwing it back in to see if you now get spark.

Did you paint the frame? The coil mounts need to be bare metal for grounding.

Did the bike run before you took it apart?

Stupid question, only because I've done it.... did you forget to put gas in the tank?

Check the woodruff key for mounting the flywheel. I've had one snap first kick before. Just about lost my shit trying to figure it out.

If you think you aren't getting spark, can easily check this by pulling the plug out of it's housing and holding the wire against bare steel on the engine, away from the open head. Kick it over and it should spark. If not, like mentioned before, check your ground and all connections. If not that open the stator side case and inspect your stator. Any damage to the copper wire coils that are sealed in there is gonna cause any current generated to ground out inside the stator instead of transferring to the spark plug. If that's the issue, replace the stator.

Good luck!
