You do understand that MX is entertainment for more people than it's a sport, don't you? Just like any televised sporting event the producers will highlight what will interest the viewers. You guys whining about her air time sound like the he-man woman haters club.

I understand that, and I think it's silly. You have guys who haven't made the night show but have been consistently faster then her in qualifying and you don't hear anything from them. If it was a dude who performed (or didn't I guess) like her and he got all of this attention we would all be like "WTF who cares about this clown?" The only reason anyone cares about her is because she doesn't have a dick. I'm not a woman hater and if she qualifies I'll be the first to say congrats that you proved me wrong. But until then she just looks like a sub par C-class rider who got their SX license.

They give her air time for the same reason we still talk about the Jamaican bobsled team. It's human interest. It gives our sport a good angle for viewers. I think it's funny how much that twists the panties of some folks as if there's some kind of strict protocol for granting airtime in other situations and this is a breach. Lighten up and enjoy the show!
It's no big deal really but you might need to lighten up a bit yourself. Cool

It's all good for me - just driving back from week of skiing in CO and kinda bored so I thought I'd poke a little.

Seems a little ironic everyone here seems to keep talking about a "sub par C class rider" yet it seems to be the talk of the town here.....I dont here anyone talking about Joe Dirt making his 57th SX attempt and still hasnt made it to the night show. So it is a racing enthusiests intrest.

Because Joe Dirt doesn't get to ride every press day and get constant interviews and coverage. I get it's interesting that a woman is trying. But it's all a lot of talk about nothing.

We went to detroit when the bills were playing there, such a crappy set up , the arena is in the middle of the city ,hardly any parking lots to pregame in.
