This is what happened to Canard

I, like a lot of people, couldn't figure out what happened to Trey last night. He's running second, Tomac in third, teh cameras are following them around while Ralph and company are clearly not paying attention to what's going on down on the floor. Suddenly the leaderboard changes and Canard is back to 3rd behind Tomac. And Tomac has been on-camera the whole time. WTF?

RacerX tweeted he went of track but I never saw it on TV, which was weird because they were following Tomac at the time. Went back and ran the DVR back and forth and *finally* spotted it. If you watch when Tomac comes out of the 90 to the single to table (in the end zone), as he clears the table, Canard is on the ground in the tuf blocks. The flagger hasn't reacted yet and Trey is just starting to get the bike up.. You really have to be looking for it because it is only on camera for a few frames. Right after that is when the leaderboard changed.

Must have been a brain fart. You could tell TC was really upset with himself during the interview. And Fox totally blew that one.

Hey man..... after trying to watch MXGP on their website yesterday you'll never hear me complain about Fox coverage again!

Nicoletti fell in the rhythm section and trey had to suddenly change up his line. Which I suppose threw him off and he missed his brake and just shot of the berm. Im pretty sure he didn't fall but he had to whip the bike around and pin it along side the track next to the triple

I saw the whole thing, like said above NIcoletti fell in that rhythm section and canard dodged him and still tried to triple in to the corner. Because he tripled in to the corner from a weird angle he wasn't able to brake in time and hit the berm, causing him to go right off the track. I don't think he ever fell, just got stuck in the tough block for a second and then went off the track so he could enter back in

Then that wasn't him that I saw on the DVR. It was hard to tell who it was. They just didn't catch it at all on the broadcast. Thanks.

Ding, ding, ding. We have a winner. I was sitting right above the corner where Trey ran off the track and then ran down beside the triple to re-enter in the next corner.

Lots of other riders would have blamed another rider, a track worker, riding "tight"...or the bike. At least TC has the nuts to say he screwed up. Gotta love honesty.
