I too bought the early bird discount and just signed on to see what's what and I clicked the link and it's telling me I need to buy now... what the actual fuck. ?

Yep no confirmation in my emails either. Only conformation email I have is from when I bought mxon package last year..! Wtf. I have checked my PayPal and they have took the money for this season so I have no idea what is going on

I bought the package in December though and I have logged in and out a few times. Just checked through my emails and I noticed they didn't even send me a confirmation email..

I also purchased the2015 MXGP Season - 25% Early Bird special back in December and was getting the BUY NOW message when clicking http://www.mxgp-tv.com/videos/1038656/mxgp-of-qatar-2015-live.

I emailed them on Monday and have not heard back from them. So last night I purchased the MXGP Season pass and now I am ready for the races this weekend.

You can claim your money back if it's was purchased through PayPal I just checked my transactions and you can open a dispute to claim your money back.

By the sounds of it, everyone who purchased the early bird discount has been screwed over. What I found weird was when looking through my emails I found the email confirmation from when I bought the MXon last year and when I clicked the email a message popped up saying 'this sender has failed our fraud checks' hmmm

Ah man that sucks! Sorry to hear you guys are having issues with it.

I expect you're already on the case, but I would take a screen grab of the transaction and keep peppering them with emails until you get somewhere. It's most likely a techincal glitch, they're not as crooked as people like to imagine.

Am I correct in thinking the race will start at 8am MT (Denver) Saturday morning?

I purchased the single event and that's how Im reading it.

I did receive a confirmation e-mail, but the receipt was not in $, but some other euro currency. I know I did the deal in $ mode but whatever.

I cant wait for Saturday, I hope we have a great race.

Hey you blokes - like a Lot of E sites, they are a bit useless / confusing. Cripes, I get mag subscriptions / video subscriptions and they all seem to be hopeless in confirming your account / through to trying to re-subscribe.

Quickest way to see if you have a viable account with MX TV, is to go to the website, and log in with the user name etc. you established on payment. If you can log in, you've an established account.

Youthstream / Luongo are pricks, but they are like so many E tech sites, a bit useless in dealing on a 'human' level. Though, when I've contacted them about problems previously, I've had pretty quick responses - I dealt with a lady by the name of Charlotte - a very helpful person

I know I have an account with them because I watched the 2014 des Nations on there. Difference is, I received in email for that and absolutely nothing for my "Early Bird" 2015 season pass. This is a major PITA

So it looks like Qatar is an 8 hour time difference between them and Eastern time. So what time are the qualifying race on sat?

The qualifying races are tomorrow. The races are on Saturday morning here in the States.

Friday 2:00pm ET - MX2
Friday 2:50pm ET - MX1

It seems I needed to suggest that you blokes should then click on "Your Account". Seriously, can't people help themselves?

I click "your account" , and I find all my seasons I've paid for.

The other seasons have a bit of 'artwork' beside / beneath them, and my 2015 season listing doesn't - it just reads "2015 MXGP Season - 25% Early Bird", but it's there.

I'm used to them being a bit useless and not sending confirmations, as I said, just like a fair few other E accounts - bloody Cycle News and Road Racing World are right bastards for that, amongst many others - mainly the Motorcycle related thngs I subscribe to - strange, that.

When I didn't get a confirmation Email when I paid for the 2015 season, I just checked my account status. It's there, it's fine.

So, check the "Your Account" status - if you don't see it amongst the previous seasons, if you've ever had it before, it will be free standing there for new subscribers (and I guess there will be a few , mainly American Newbies this year - good on yuz for being brave little buckeroos and checking out the World Championships) well pull your bloody finger out a have at the bastards. Bleating about it here won't get you far - unless my suggestions have helped you..Woohoo

That's it - you've got that showing, you should have it ready for the kick off. It's how mine has looked each year, with the latest subscription, shown last. Though, if you didn't get in for the 'Early Bird' deal, it will read differently.......
