Kid is a badass for sure. But this kinda questions the desicion by the medical crew that cleared him to race that night. Broken bones yea, but any type of internal bleeding can be serious if not deadly. Please, not dogging the medical crew at all. They the best at what they do. It's just things that make ya go HMMMMMMMM

I have broken a lot of shit while riding, but broken ribs i consider to be the most painful. They dont hurt much if you arent moving or breathing, but any type of physical movement or goodness forbid sneezing and they freakn hurt like hell. I could always "ride" after broken ribs, but only at a snails pace. For RJ to race and finish 7th on a true sx track he has to be a beast no doubt.

Wow tough kid. I hope he heals up quick. He is a great rider and will be a contender for some podiums.
