Looks like Dunge is about to run away with this. I don't think the kids can keep up with him for an entire season. Tonight I definitely missed RV and Stew. I think those are the only two guys who can answer Dunge for this title. As the season goes on I think we're gonna miss those guys more and more.

Of course I miss the the two best riders but this series is getting good. It's funny how in the beginning it was looking like Roczen was unstoppable now it's dungey who has all the momentum.

I was gonna comment, but there's an RC car in the ad on the right that is getting a MAJOR case of the huck-a-bucks. I totally forgot what I was going to say.

Dungey keeps in the top 3 through the first lap, looks like he will finish in the top 3 every race. hard to make up points on that.

You know.....the sport moves on without certain riders. I'm from the NW and have been a fan of RV's for a long time.....but honestly I don't really miss him out there. These younger dudes like Kenny , Eli , Anderson , Seely , Baggett , ect have my attn now.

Funny how some guys will say " I'm just not into the racing this year since my favorite rider isn't there "

Are you a fan of this fucking sport.....or just a single rider?

Me?.....I'm a fan of the sport and if one or two guys can't be there.....then so be it! Racing goes on.

Dunge is arguably the fastest guy right now and he just doesn't make mistakes. He doesn't need to get wins to win this title. He'll get a 15-20 point lead and just ride this thing out through consistency. Ken and Eli (and Trey) are just too up and down.

I'm a fan of Dungey's, I think he is a great champion, but tonight was boring as shit. I just wanna see a good points battle, but right now I can see him starting to creep away with it. And the only two guys that can match him are on the couch and in France.

I was never on the Kenny band wagon, I think he's most likely the best rider out there, but too many ups and downs.

I miss Stew but not RV. RV dominated so much he made the racing boring.

I cant see rd winning 3 or 4 in a row, so that's why he won't run away with it.
Should be a great title chase

The more fast guys the better. Tomac seems to have that same charger mentality as RV and JS.

Wow Jeff someone hit a nerve.HAHA. The new group of talent is great when the top 250 riders move up in a few years its going to be even crazier. The talent is not just 2 or 3 guys anymore Im loving it.

I do miss JS can't wait for his come back love the sport but Stewart just makes it F@#king Amazing to watch.

Sorry to disagree, but Stew hasn't been a challenge for a SX title for a long time now. Wins, oh yeah, but not the title.

I think this current crop of contenders is just fine without Stew and RV. And when Reed and Dungey retire, it will be just fine without them too.

As Jeffro said - ya gotta be a fan of the racing, not just one rider. Otherwise, yeah, you will get bored.

I'm not tired of RV running away with the title every year. At least this year it's interesting. The track tonight sacked balls. It became one line except for 1 place and got slick. There were no passing places. Was there even a pass in a turn?

I picked Dunge to win but I don't think Dunge runs away with this

He may not run away with it in the typical sense, but he is in full control of this championship and it doesn't seem like that's gonna change.

It's not like Dungey hasn't walked away from the field before, if they were and started behind there is every chance this race would have ended the exact same way...

I miss dirt that had moisture in it more than any single rider. Then two strokes. Then blumpkins.

When it was made official that RV was going to Europe Mathes asked him on pulp who he thought would win the title in his absence. Without hesitation he said his money was on Dungey. He once said Dungey my never be great but he would always be right there in the end. Looks like RV was pretty smart and has tons of respect for Dungey. I think when he said Dungey would never be great he was referring to him being the outright fastest guy but he sure looked good tonight!!

RV had all of my focus when he was racing. Love his style and attitude. Still love Supercross, but I feel like I'm back in high school and got dumped by the love of my life. Lol

And with that second win he has a little more mo than Kenny or Trey....now that could change next week but I'm thinking that Dungey's and Roczen's confidence are heading in different directions right now

Wrong, try again. The post was do we miss RV and JS7 yet. Of course we do. Two of the sports greatest riders and JS7 is just plain amazing to watch. I still watch every race and got my tix for Atlanta so I'm a real fan of the sport. I'm not gonna skip going to supercross because rider c is suspended but to answer the question if the sport is somehow better without them is just plain fucking crazy. If you're tired of talking about it simply don't click.
