I wasn't able to hear Chad's or Trey's thought last night (no sound in the bar). Anyone have a link to the interviews?

Yeah, I mean Chad has had a history of bullying other riders.

Lucky they saw that one coming.

Funny, I must have missed the part where Gallagher said Chad had a history of bullying other riders. Could you please find that for me...

Gallagher, FIM: Our biggest concern is that, since he chose to instill a penalty on Trey himself, we wonder, Is that it? Or is it going to happen everytime he sees Trey? That’s was instigated the black flag. We don’t know where it’s going to stop because he might have an anger that continues. He [Reed] told me he wasn’t angry at all but to me he looked like he was darned angry.

That's flat out saying he's worried that Chad is going to repeatedly take out Trey.

WHICH IS FUCKING RETARDED.

Crowther, AMA: I think this incident, seeing it live, seeing it replayed quickly, we all saw it, the obvious decision for John was disqualification. So at that point a disqualification is going to be a disqualification. So with the concern that there could be more retribution around the race track, ala Jason Lawrence and Ryan Dungey in qualifying a couple of years ago, that’s when he decided to take out the black flag, which we support.

But, he never says he has a history of bullying. That is what your'e insinuating in your previous post. Chad claimed he wasn't mad, however Gallagher said he felt otherwise when speaking with Chad. Your'e a fan of Chad's so I don't expect you to see this any other way. Chad is very passionate and that is probably what drove him to elbow Trey like he did, but at the same time Chad is also known for stirring the pot .ie. his twitter comments. Whenever things aren't going well for him he hardly ever accepts the blame, it's always the bike or something else.

Maybe if the incident between Lawrence and Dungey never happened, they would've let him finish the race.

I'm not insinuating it, I'm flat out saying it. They're insinuating it.. Why the fuck else would you assume that someone, who has never shown a history of anything similar, is going to repeatedly beat someone up on the track. Which, btw, is already a ridiculous fucking thing to say... like really? That's what you were worried about? Has that even happened before? J-Law. In practice? Did you see the vid?

Me being a fan is irrelevant, I've already said, many times over it was stupid, it was, clear as day, but a instantaneous black flag is about the only thing making it seem clever.

Chad was ejected for retribution. Maybe they were making an example of him, I'm not really sure. Gallagher says you can't have riders inflicting their own penalties on other riders and that is exactly what Chad did.

Yep. And Bowers said that's what he did to Osborne, face to face. No black flag. Hanny tonight to McElrath for A1.

Strange.

Hate Reed all you like, if you do, don't know if you do, but the governing system is pretty retarded. They rarely get much right in this sport.

If they black flagged Bower's, I wouldn't have complained. I get what your'e saying, they need to have some sort of ruling in place rather than judgement on the fly (I can agree with that). They could have docked Bowers points or gate picks for the main. The difference is Tyler was racing and gained a position, we've seen a lot of riding like this in the 250 class.

Chad was pissed because he was at the front that he docent see often these days, not saying if everything when right no crash CR finished top 5 or 2nd or 3rd that he would get his mojo back. So he was pissed of and bummed/pushedTrey off the track which is bullshit.

Trey is a good guy and racing is racing and I'm sure that it Chad didn't push him off the track Trey would have apologized at the end of the race.

Crazy race but thats bullshit by Chad! Im sure he ca afford the fine.

My thoughts are, this sport has turned into a over protected sport that needs nurturing evetytime something exciting happens.

I dont condone what Reed did at all as it was blatant and should have been avoided for his Sons sake more than for racers sake. Racing has been getting to straight edge so to speak or to PC. I like to see attitude out there, but more of the Bowers/Webb type racing not punting a fellow rider off the track.

Block pass =/= running someone off the track intentionally

Reed got what he deserved

Reed talks about F1 being a professional sport because they review things, and that Gallager made an "emotion decision." Am I the only one that sees boat loads of hypocrisy in those two statements?

He gave me a baby bump at A1 so I can give a baby bump back right? I didn't hit him hard. Exactly the same hard as he did meGood to be back

I'm probably one of the few that agrees with both of their interviews....a lot of truths in both...Now Gallagher, that's a different story the right thing to do would have been to wait until after the race meet with both and make a ruling then...he has shown he is unprofessional in the way he handles things...he had no business getting in Bowers face...and no business in making an emotional call on the Reed/Canard incident...

When I saw Chad coming up the inside of Trey on that big sweeping turn, I had flashbacks to when he pushed Stewart wide in Vegas in '09. I could see the incident from a mile away before it happened. I just new he was going to shove Trey into the bales. Must have been de ja vue.
