02 CR250 I bought new in Canada for $4250. reeds+pc pipe is all I've done to her.

She has about 3 million miles now. I love her.

15 KTM 300SX and I got the call last Thursday confirming that I'm getting the first 15.5 KTM 450 Factory Edition that our shop is getting in late Feb or the first week of march. My wife literally hates me right now :-)

Awesome bike mate, ill be honest I've never been a fan of ktm, and probably would never of had one only they are the only one with the 350 really, i wanted more power than my 250f yamaha, but couldn't ride the power and strength needed to ride a 450 strong for 30mins, so i decided to try a ktm 350, and after having one a while now i honestly don't think ill have any other kind of bike, it suits me perfectly and can't imagine wanting a 250 again or 450, i love the power of the 350, in short, its like a factory 250f!

Wife has a 150f honda and son has a 110f honda that I sometimes ride on. Just sold my 06' yz250 and 03' FZ1 late last year Sad

I mostly trail ride, but will hit the occasional practice session or one off race (like the 125 dream race @ Washougal).

Did they give you any kind of release date? Shop here told me feb/march is all they knew. Showed my wife the picture of new fe, she said no more bikes, I said ok then drove straight to shop to put deposit down.

Flash forward a few years ago and I got my son started on a PW50. I thought I should get a bike too so we could ride together so I found this one for what I consider to be a good deal. My son didn't really take to it like I thought he would. He likes riding, but he's definitely not the "go in the garage just to sit on it and look at and drool over it type." He's more into traditional sports so when I ask what he wants to do it's usually basketball, baseball, football or riding his bmx bike. I also have absolutely zero friends that ride. Most of my friends are the type that would ask if Travis Pastrana won this weekend if I brought up a race. But they don't even know the racers are going on, haha.

I've contemplated selling it since it's basically a heavy paper weight at the moment. But my youngest boy is ripping on his strider so I'm thinking he might take to it. And since I got it pretty cheap so I don't mind hanging on to it.
I hear ya...neither of my kids seem to want to get into it. I have ridden/raced since about 3, but it's hard for me to stay in it, when the kids don't dig it. Plus riding has left me with a pretty broken down body, so I might as well lay up while I am ahead.
Btw...I have an 08 yz250, a 10 yz 250f and a 13 yz450f...a 72 Honda sl 100, a 73 cz mx250, and a Honda rukus...

2012 KTM 350EXC-F that I rode the wheels off until I got a real motocross bike. 2013 YZ250, now the KTM is the relaxation on fire roads and ripping through town. Starting over again racing with the YZ!
