Are we left to believe that Monster didn't do their due diligence before hiring this guy or is Monster fully aware of whom he is and his background and still choose to support him?

I agree with JM485 that overall this is a bad look for all those interested in moto being taken seriously. They should stick to sponsoring FMX.

OK guys....here is a little update on the whole situation.

I've called the Baltimore police 5 times now. Talked to the receptionist and every single time I've called , Detective Roney is not in. So On Tuesday ( the last day I called ) I asked the receptionist why detective Roney hasn't called me back. Her reply was " She's probably extremely busy! ( rude like! ) So then I asked " Does she even fucking work there any more....or is she retired!!?? " Her reply was ..." Why does it matter to you and I'll have another detective give you a call "

Two days later.....and I haven't received a call. I should have realized I wouldn't get one , and especially since my last call I kind of sounded like an asshole.....I don't think I'll ever get one. And I kind of figured that when I made my last call.......so I sounded kind of like an ass.

Bottom line is this......I know Lil Chino is just a young kid following his dreams. But he was involved in something really shitty and WE HAVE PROOF of it on video and pictures! All I ask is that he makes it right with Mr Day. That's all I would ask for.

He can then go about his business and hopefully he makes something of himself legitimately and stays the hell away from all those bike thieving scum bags that shine a bad light on our sport.

I for one will not support anything Monster , pro-circuit , Alpinestars , Deft Family or anyone else that decided to sponsor criminals. And I WILL from this day forward not speak one word good about any one of them until I hear they cut ties with any people like that.

Keep the sponsorship IN THIS SPORT........leave those damn hood rats to their own demise! Fuck all of them as far as I'm concerned!

And BTW....THANK YOU!!....To all you dudes who backed me on this thread! It means a lot! I can keep being a thorn in the side of the police......but at this point....I'm not sure if it will ever do any good.

Doesn't matter though....because 99% of the core dudes in this thread....know that bike theft sucks and when it happens to one of our brothers , we should stand up and fucking say something!

Did it make a difference? Not on the law side of things , nor did it help Mr Day get his bike back. BUT....it did bring up awareness on this board that will keep spreading enough to sting a little I bet. At least that's what I hope.

I think the Baltimore police are trying to tell you to mind your own business. Bottom line its not YOUR bike that was stolen so they don't care what you have to say. Now on the other hand going after the sponsors may get some results so you should focus on that because I think you can get some results that way,and I agree to keep the hood rats out.

Thank everyone for posting and the support! I think LiL Chino's sponsors are hoping this issue just dies and are just trying to ignore it.

THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD HAVE READ!

Lil Chino: The Newest Addition

Born in Baltimore, Maryland near the Chesapeake Bay, Lil Chino spent his childhood stealing BMX bikes from older kids in the neighborhood who had dirt bikes. His role models were all the best dirt bike boosters in the city who could do wheelies on their stolen motorcycles, so he copied with his bicycle until he could steel his own dirt bike. By the time he as 15, Lil Chino had grabbed millions of bikes. Other thug YouTube subscribers appreciated his dirt bike boosting skills.

Baltimore is now a city that has the reputation of breeding some of the top criminals in the world. Every night groups of urban kids hop on their stolen dirt bikes and illegally shut down streets as they practice their wheelies, burnouts and stoppies. They call themselves the 12 o’ Clock Boys, because they sleep in till noon every day. The 12 o’ Clock Boys recently have had HBO and NY Times features on their useless and worthless lives.

Lil Chino is without a doubt the most successful dirt bike booster of the 12 o’ Clock boys to hide out in Baltimore. A few different companies now sponsor Chino including Monster Energy, and he complains about cops profiling him and participates in destructive looting demonstrations around the world.
My man.....that was just simply outstanding! LMFAO!! Seriously that was great!

Cool of you to

I have had a bike stolen and I know how
Much it sucks
Especially when u didn't have insurance
And can't afford another .
So I think its great that you went out
Of your way to try to
Help get the bikes back to the owners
And the thiefs in trouble .
One thing I was thinking
Is even if that can't prove
He stole it . you would think he would/should
Still be arrested just for
Having it . it would still
Be a charge of felony possession
Of stolen property
It would be great if someone would perdue
This and get a bike back to its owners
And perhaps more of them back to there owners

I think you're right Lostboy ( in fact I know you are! ). I haven't really gone after his sponsors as of yet , because I have been waiting on what exactly the PD was going to tell me. Christ....I mainly just wanted to know if Lil Chino has warrants? And if they are outstanding.....why isn't anyone picking him up? And with the email I sent detective Roney with the pictures and videos ( pretty much all the proof you need ) and nothing has been done?.........I don't get it?

Side note...the police here in Portland.....those fucking dudes do NOT MESS around! It's why we don't have that kind of shit going on over here. You steal a bike and go to do some hotlaps around suburbia.......that'll last about 5mins before they run your ass over and then beat the shit out of you! If your heart is still beating.......you'll be toast shortly after! I've had run in's with Portland police and the State patrolmen......they are like fucking Marines here......They will kick your ass 6 ways to Sunday! And that's why I like them.....they keep the pieces of shit in line!

I agree completely Tarz. But like what Mr day said.....Either the PD over there are either extremely backed up....or they just simply just don't give a shit. I'm not sure which. Either way.....it just blows my mind thinking about it. If I was in Mr day's shoes.....I seriously would have lost my mind and did some extremely illegal shit to get my bike back. I'm not fucking around when I say....I would of gladly of put people in the hospital that stole my shit. Jail time?......BFD!....It would of been worth it!

Just a side note, I gave the Baltimore PD the videos and pictures of LiL Chino on my bike a few years ago when I discovered them on the internet, so they had all the evidence they needed, but still they didn't do anything...
So they had what they needed, they are worthless as far as I am concerned. You are right Jeffro, in other cities and towns we don't have the problems that Baltimore has- that is because our police actually give a dam and do not tolerate such crap....

Funny part about this is if someone winds up dead they'll definitely investigate your ass. Even if you were nowhere near. You got some good motive.

Ain't tht funny....? You're screwed six ways to tuesday. Just got to lock your shit down and insure everything.

I doubt it. But let them waste their time. Maybe I'll axe murder a few of them and see what happens? It doesn't seem to matter to the cops over there.....they are to busy eating doughnuts. I don't think they give a shit one way or another.

Just look what happens when cops do their jobs(ferguson). They would be labeled as racist profilers by going after them. Everyone bitches about cops, until they need one. (Not sayin you did Jeffro)

The truth of the matter is, in most cities the police department is a money-making entity. Getting Mr. Day his bike back will not generate any income for the city of Baltimore. If Lil Chino is subjected to fines and costs, he will not pay. So, what is their incentive to pursuit him? If you run a red light in Baltimore, you will definitely generate more attention than you will if you steal someone's bike. I have been to Baltimore and surrounding areas hundreds of times and I will guarantee they have made more money from me than they have from all of the residents of Chino's entire shithole housing project combined. Hell, you can't even get away with parking illegally for 3 minutes there, but you can sure get away with theft!!!

In the small town where I live this is definitely the case.
The Sheriff here actually blamed homeowners for getting burglarized recently.

Same thing happened to me, only my bike was stolen and parted by a couple of local marines (Twentynine Palms, CA). Police refused to even look at the undeniable evidence that I had and treated me as if I was the criminal from the beginning.

I am speechless too. Sad day when Monster and Ethica back those who blatantly have no regard for the law, women and everything else. Our world is changing rapidly. Stand up for what you believe in while you can.

I sent Monster a very simple to the point email telling them I will not be supporting them and expressed my disappointment in the direction and integrity of the company concerning lil chino etc...

I will be doing the same for the rest of the sponsors while at least giving them the chance to respond to whether or not they really are sponsoring him. I will let you know if anything comes of it.

My buddy's bike was stolen here in De. The police didn't give a shit, so my buddy went about it on his own to find it. Needless to say after hitting the streets he had a lead where his bike was and where the little thieves rode it. So we went to our little riding spot that we never go to because these fucking idiots are the only one that ride there and always draw the cops there. Needless to say after about 15 mins of getting there here comes his bike riding down the power lines. We were both dressed in full riding gear, and he was packing heat. He let them get comfortable 2 of them , then when they stopped to take a break it was on. Neither of them had helmets or no other gear. He went charging over at them they literally had there pants down taking a piss. He scared the shit out of them and they tried to run on foot . We caught both of them and sure enough they were the ones on his video from his house. He pulled out his gun made these punks practically cry, then told them to remove all their clothes and jump in the creek. It was cold and deep water, he then fired 6 shots not at them but to scare the fuck out of them. We took their clothes and threw their phones in the water and rolled. They had no fucking clue who we were, and made up a whole different story to their boys so they didn't look like little bitches. I have to say it was nerve racking and the best outcome, but doubt if in the same situation again I probably wouldn't do it again

The only thing left to do is get one of the local TV stations to get involved, one of those 3 on your side or what ever they call it.

if that doesn't work you pretty much need to let it go. unless you want to go Rambo on them, I'm sure we could garner some funds for that too, I know I'd consider supporting a covert op. ha ha.

If someone wants to get a companies attention, you have to send an old fashion hand written registered letter to like the VP of sales. They can't deny they never received that.

If you want to get their attention, hire an attorney. Corporations are besieged with grass roots campaigns daily, and the Lil Chino issue won't garner much attention without professional support.

Serious people spend money to be taken seriously. That's the reality in which we live, so either operate in that reality or continue down the same path and achieve the same results.

So get this... I just talked to my friend whose Nephew's bike was robbed by someone paying for it with counterfeit cash. My friend has been keeping an eye out for it on ebay and craigslist. Well it appeared for sale. So he called up the guy to pretend he was going to buy it. he meet the guy at the police station parking lot in Delaware. After the guy unloaded the bike, my friend asked to see the title, the guy pulled the title out and then my friend pulled his licence out to show him that it was actually his bike, he also pulled the police report out to show that it was stolen by someone paying for it with counterfeit money. So they went into the police station and the cops told him to call the state police... The state police came and said they couldn't do anything. They didn't even impound the bike, they let the guy go with it!! Now they guy was not the one who stole it, but he was in possession of a stolen vehicle across state lines - that makes it a federal offence. What lazy cops!!! looks like Delaware and Maryland cops are all equally worthless.
So are bikes get stolen multiple ways and the worthless cops do nothing even when the bike and police report are in front of them. I think the lesson to be learned here is the cops are as much to blame as the scum that are stealing the bikes. I a can tell you that in my town, they would have taken that bike right away.. So crime is worse in places that the cops are lazy- That is what I am taking out of this!! But they have no problem collecting the taxes to pay these worthless cops.

I've kept quiet on this whole subject, wanted to see how it played out.

I have nothing but respect for you, Jeffro for trying as hard as you have. I truly hope this case ( and thread ) doesn't just die and get forgotten about.

There is nothing I can say about the little thieving bitches that has not already been said.

That's just crazy, I post my buddy's experience 5 posts up & then you have this news. I believe that confirms the Delaware cops really don't give a shit.
