Monday morning I ordered fork guards, frame guards, and a brake line pinch clamp from Lightspeed.
I got the order confirmation email immediately. But they have not charged my card or sent a shipping confirmation email.
I had called them several times in the weeks prior to placing my order without an answer. I also emailed them twice and both times my message was rejected because their inbox was full. I had a question about fitment but I figured it out myself.
Anyone have experience dealing directly with this company?

I started calling some of those big box retailers like motosport and asked them to look at the backorder dates... and as i expected, there was no date shown, which is usually an indicator they've gone under or discontinued that part. but the thing is, it was every Lightspeed product.
maybe they are, maybe they arent, but im not going to chase them all over the solar system to give them my money.

Havent had any experience with their website.
My whole order arrived without any issues.
