What to keep, What to sell?!?

Edited Date/Time 11/10/2014 8:26pm
So, i sold my 2010 RMZ250 about 2 months ago and still have my 2005 rmz250 and my 2004 yz125. In about a month im getting a brand new bike for 2015 and my mom said i need to sell 1 of those 2 bikes first..

What should i keep and what should i sell? i have owned the 2005 rmz for a long time now and every bearing in the bike is fresh as well as a fresh piston, fresh clutch, and a bunch of other parts and had new valves and bottom end last summer... im 5-8 seconds a lap faster on the RMZ over the YZ but if im getting another 250f does it make sense to keep the rmz? Im 5'9 and 160 so maybe that will help you guys help me decide. YZ has about 5 hours on a new top and bottom end as well as tranny bearings and new clutch but i need to switch all the internals into new engine cases because the current ones have damage. Suspension needs to be revalved on it to make it good and so on..

Any input is helpful, i only ride and race on tracks.

Depends what bike your getting next. If you're getting another 250f or 450f keep the 125 if you're getting a 250 smoker keep the RMZ. The 125 won't take a lot of money to fix either.

The 2005 is a hunk-of-junk

Keep the 125 and enjoy it out in the hills with your buddy's.

Also its good too keep around for when your blow a bottom end in the 4-banger and don't have 1,800 to fix it!

Ive had the 2005 for 2 and a bit years now and thrown 50+ hours on it before rebuilding the entire motor last summer, its been super reliable for me

I only ride tracks and race tracks so hills dont do me much fun i think il keep the 125 though!

And yeah i do all work myself so usually just whatever parts cost is is what it costs if something blows

Id sell both and use the extra money to hit as many races as you can next year.

Live it up by traveling to as many tracks as you and mom can handle.

I'm serious btw.

Keep the 125.

If you've had one this long, i guarantee sometime soon you'll want to ride it again.

Yup, keep the 125 and use it for a practice bike, keep the hours down on your new 250.
