sorry to hijack....

we were in LaPaz and got missed by Hurricane Norbert by about 15 miles, which was lucky but it cleared out the fish. we were also there for the fucking Harvest Full Moon... so again, cleared out the fish.

we ended up nailing 10 nice Durado and a big Pargo, about 40 pounds of fish... not as good as we had hoped, but better than nothing. well, American Airlines thought it would be funny to ship our luggage with the fish to Dallas instead of Utah. so we lost 40 pounds of fish to spoil, about $600 +/- if you were to buy it here. major bummer, but a good reason to go again i guess.
