Deflate the tire, break the bead loose on both sides, then use soapy water on both sides of the tire and have another go at it.

If you don't have a snake, start pushing the valve stem through with both hands. Get it lined up with the hole. Take your left and and pry up on the bead of the tire, on the opposite side, with a tire-iron, and push the valve stem into the hole with your right hand.

I just bought two sedonas for my bike, got both shipped for a little over $110. Ive heard they were cheap Japanese bridgestone replicas, and they were hard as a rock. I tried to change the rear myself, and got the tire most of the way on until I pinched to tube and started cussing it.

I took my tires to get put on for about $15 each.

I used to change all my tires, but these tires were rock hard even after setting them out in the sun for a while.

I've sold and mounted several sedonas. They run narrow for some reason. I suggest using a 110 where you would normally use a 100 and a 120 vs a 110

Also make sure the rim lock is installed properly, that could be a problem also.

I always just put about 30ps in it and take a rubber mallet and beat it until it pops out.. usually it only takes a few well placed hits..

thx fellas. i hang my head before the vitard court. i have rebuilt bikes, motors etc. frame up. do all my suspension. love to wrench from pcs to trucks, bikes. but this tire is my daddyTongue i didnt have time tonight.i hope to get some shop time tomm. night. when you say make sure the rim lock is right. what am i looking for? seems straight forward but just to be clear.
they do seem rock hard and narrow. ill put them in the 90 plus temps tomm. maybe it will help. how did these tires work for you guys? i thought i would try them since i kill bridgestones( practice track is all hard pack) and they cost more. thx again.
