So if another top rider gets nailed for drugs can we just start a petition to eliminate drug testing from SX MX....I'm not a fan of losing my childhood idols. Granted JS7 isn't that much older than me.
So if another top rider gets busted for drugs can we test ALL of them instead of the top 4 and a couple random ones. I'm not a fan of all my child hood heroes been raging drug addicts and could not have won what they did if they were not pumped full of illegal substances. This way when all of them are caught, I can rot for the ones I know are clean and abiding by the rules.

This is why you cannot have a good conversation on the internet anymore.

HUH!!!!!!!!!

RCs problems where with fuel that he had nothing to do with when put in. Then it was learned that the fuel was actually absorbing lead from the can it was contained in hence it was VPs fault, thus reinstating RCs points. How this applies to what we are talking about is beyond me.

However, if RC was caught adding lead and oxygen to his fuel, then yes, zero tolerance and he should have been disqualified.

Zero Tolerance on cheating, yes.

Have no idea if you have ever been in charge of anything but do not know how you enforce "some" rules and not others without consistency and expect to be taken seriously.

Firm, fair and consistent is directly out of the leadership handbook.

What smelled about the leaded fuel penalty was that RC got his penalty reversed, while the privateers who had the same misfortune did not. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's the way I remember it happening.

I don't consider that "consistent" nor "fair".

This is the type of behavior that let's the conspiracy theories grow legs with some people.

Did they (suzuki) also threaten to pull out of the series if the AMA didn't reverse the penalty? Seems like I remember it that way.

A few years back there was even a rumour team usa demanded notesting for peds to show up at mxon. I can't surely claim that Luongo and his partners in crime(FIM) thought it was a price they were willing to pay since they draw a five times bigger crowd. Now the playing field will be more even in the future at least.

I respect your opinion greatly but our sport IMHO is way more at risk due to risk and cost factors than this long overdue drug testing. If we lose riders but wind up with a "cleaner" sport there are kids on minis right now that will reap dividends from not having to buy HGH to be competitive.

I hate to advocate drugs, alcohol, violence, or insanity to anyone, but they've always worked for me.

Can we play 20 questions? I'll start:

250 or 450 class?

To be clear, we don't know what we are talking about, YET. We are waiting to see what the hell GuyB has left steaming in this thread.

My guess is, James' appeal was denied or his "B" sample came back positive. If that's the case, I bet is we won't see James racing 2015 SX or worse James retiring.

So are you saying Roger needs an extra week to put together a mxdn team? How far will he have to dig down in the barrel
to find said team?

This is too funny. For a statement GuyB makes giving absolutely no specific information, we've narrowed it down to someone on the MXdN team, and it's most likely Dungey? Lol. Ok.

The guy that floated the rumor that turned out to be Stewart's positive test wasn't clicked, and resulting thousand page thread wasn't deleted.
