Hey Benjamin here,

If you‟re looking for an easy way to get rid of arm pump, then I strongly suggest you keep reading...
We all know Motocross probably is the toughest sport on the planet, and how anoying it can be losing a position or even the win on the last couple of laps because of arm pump.

Well... If you have tried something similar or just want to get rid of it, then i have good news.
Eventually i stumbled across a solution "Arm Pump Unlocked", and I couldn‟t believe how well it worked.

You can click here to check it out.

I probably will, but adds doesn't get any good exposure, and I want the world to know about this!
Here in Denmark i can't find any good help for something like that, and i finally found something and i want everyone to know about it.
Completely honest... I am NO spammer, i hate spammers!

I see you have been here for quite some time, and i respect you for protecting the forum, but don't "protect" them from something like this!

So enlighten me..... This removes lactic acid so blood doesn't rush to the muscle? Or does it claim it prevents the formation of Lactic acid?

Lactic acid is produced when your muscles switch from aerobic metabolization of ATP to anaerobic metabolization, which is the Dephosphorylation of ATP without oxygen, and must product Lactic acid as a byproduct of the reaction.

So if you're calming this diet will prevent the formation of Lactic Acid it's a complete sham. There is no conceivable way to precent the body's production of lactic acid through diet alone.

Finally one who understands what this is all about!
Thank you! Smile

Well... The diet isn't preventing lactic acid production, it is reducing it in a way where less blood would be "trapped" in your forearms.

Wait.... So you're reducing blood flow which will prevent arm-pump.... But will conversely create a greater build up of lactic acid? That's almost worse my man. I'm so confused how diet can prevent blood from rushing to a muscle in need of oxygen..... I guess I need to retake a few biochemistry courses...
