Hey bud let me help you with your delusional perspective on MCR, Genova, and the Alessi's, and yes I am friends with the whole group and organization so I am qualified to comment on things I know, very much unlike you.

MCR is one of the best funded and most organized race teams in the paddock. The bikes are fresh, equipped and have proven to out run the so glorified factory bikes. Their pit presences is second to none as you can eat off the floors. Genova has helped so many riders pursue their riding dreams, employed countless people, supported Feld and MX Sports all while using his own hard earned money, in a race economy that is virtually impossible to get any financial return.

Mike Alessi continues to excel and improve as a rider as was evidenced in this years SX series beating many top factory pilots more often than not. You can dislike him or his family all you want but there is no denying that Mike is one of the most versatile, consistent reliable riders in the world.

So the next time your thinking about talking crap about a team who is working and spending their asses off to bring guys like you racing at a high level, be sure you really give some consideration that you my friend do not have the skill, smarts, money, work ethic , experience and more to do what these people do. Very successfully I might add.

Summarized, you don't even know what you don't even know.

You mean the Leisure Concepts that owns MotoConcepts? The company that pays Vital advertising dollars? Is it really wrong for someone to know or work for the company to come on the mighty Vital and ask for some logic and accountability? Can't quite understand why Vital leader would try to smear the effort?

Jeff, there is something I have struggled with as a person my entire life. That is not over-reacting in a situation where I feel wronged. My upbringing thought me that being louder and more aggressive than the original attacker win wars..... But that's not the way to solve anything and just makes situations worse. As an adult I've had to retrain myself to state my opinion and why I feel differently about a situation and let it breathe. A constant push-pull only results in a stalemate. Sometimes it's better to pull once and when when the oppositions jerks back on the proverbial rope let them pull till they have a handful of rope with no struggle.... Then you just took away their reason for fighting and most of the time it dies down.

As a young man it's important to look around and conduct yourself after someone you aspire to be. For me, I still struggle sometimes to break some of the bad personal habits I have from childhood.

Hope this can help from one young guy to another.

That would be the one. There's no shortage of accounts to post from. I'm not sure I understand why there needs to be another one.

Better be careful Gibby. You might have to sign a legal waiver to interview the team members if you keep this up.

Do you want a fair & honest observation from someone who knows and appreciates both entities? Not a shitty retort or smart-ass comment; but, an honest observation?

Whatever it was, they ought to send some south of the border. Our dudes do a great job.....but, it was always awesome hearing those dudes lose their shit over a good pass. You could tell they were totally genuine with their enthusiasm.

My trigger finger is way itchier than it used to be. I occasionally fire a warning shot with people (if I think it's worthwhile), otherwise they get clipped. Sometimes they get reinstated after an email chat. Other times they don't. Catch me at a race one of these days and I'll scroll through the admin page and show you how many people don't make the cut. It's probably a lot more than you (or anyone) realize.

I do think people should be able to express their opinions, but they also don't need to be over-the-top idiots.

Lol Eh, maybe a couple of times. Just on here to give some people a laugh, some do, some don't. Actually, I kind of gave up on Vital a while ago, when I realized that having an opinion makes you an asshole. Not WHAT the opinion is, but THAT you have one that differs from someone else's, God forbid. So, I just try and read the good stuff, and sometimes I turn into Triumph The Comic Insult Dog/Adolph Hitler.
As far as this whole Alessi/MCR thing is concerned, I can only offer this. If you make good decisions, you have less "CYA" to worry about. They do have a history of having things happen, that could easily be avoided. I'm not so sure Matthes is really the problem here, he just reports what he knows, good or bad.
