Got all the parts in for rebuild forks on a 89 kx 125. After taking down the forks, I noticed that the bushing kit didn't include two important bushings that go on the cylinder. You can see the narrow bushing pictured here:

Kawasaki did not offer this bushing separately. You had to buy the entire fork cylinder to get the part, and this cylinder assembly is NLA/obsolete. Not that I'd want to pay $200 each for a bushing anyway.

The bushing is (roughtly)
OD: 41mm
ID: 40mm
W: 5mm
This is a third bushing set in this fork - all the standard bushing kits include the two that go with the slider, and do not include this third cylinder bushing. Race tech listed one under "cylinder bushing" on the 89 KX125, but it is the wrong size (theirs is OD 16mm).
These are from 46mm KYB conventional forks only offered the one model year (1989).
Anyone know where I might find a bushing in this size?

Maybe that ebay seller can give you the dimensions, so you at least know you're chasing the right part.
I suggested you check with Big Daddy on here once before, he is in Atlanta/Actworth
He is one of the original Team Green mechanic's. Good luck,
