I agree. I'm not against people humanely hunting for food, but I can't abide any form of unnecessary cruelty towards an animal. Whoever originally made that vid is a complete asshole.

You'd guys would be pissed at me then.. they run by my window almost ever 5 min. and when I can I'll pop one every now a then with my BB gun but don't kill them, I shot a Raccoon outside my door the other morning and when he got up on the fence he gave my a look like "Man if you step out that door, I'm fuckin' you up"...Shocked

Ha. I do own an actual zoo and often have a coon on my head. And the buildings at Ding Darling wildlife refuge are all named after my family. So I may be a bit bias. Animals rule. People kind of suck.

Racoons are SCARY!

One night in high school my buddy and I were driving to his house...and to get there we had to drive through a creek. AS our lights come around the corner see a mother coon with 3 or 4 baby coons run into a bush. We though we were all bad, and were going to catch one of those baby raccoons. So we shine the headlights on the bush, my buddy grabs his .22 rifle out the back window of the truck and hop out....as soon as we were within a few feet of that bush that mother raccoon came flying out of that bush making the most terrifying noises I'd ever hear...I thought the devil was coming after me....we both scream like little girls (no joke), my buddy drops his rifle on the ground and run like crazy back to the truck (and lock the doors, just to be absolutely certain it wasn't coming in). lol Fight or Flight??? Gun or no gun...FLIGHT! Smile

Never messed with a raccoon since...they scare me.
