I can't remember the name but when I'm adjusting slack on the chain the little blocks that have the lines. When I line both up perfectly my wheel is crooked to the right a lot so I have the left block at line 3 and the right side block to line 5 ? And its perfectly strait What's wrong I cannot figure it out.plz help thanks
also>>>>> Maybe you installed your Axle block backwards from each other easy to do
Take the wheel off take the axle out of wheel...
Roll Axle on a flat surface to check for round out....
Put the axle in side with out wheel and match up lines on each side of the blocks,
take a level and see if you axle is plum of course your bike would have to be level where it sits.

Skerby seems to have the answer to your problem ,though.
If the axle was bent, you would have probably never gotten it out of the wheel without some force.
