Man I have not been sick in a half dozen years and then I got this flu and it wasn't to bad, just a cough scratchy throat for two weeks just annoying. Then I thought I was better and went for two long runs and rode my bike a bit for three days and then woke up and had a horrible flu with fever and hacking up junk. Now on week three and still not feeling much better. WTF?
