Evergreen Terrace did a whole album of covers, and most were pretty badass. Ill post just a few of them, starting with my personal favorite, just because they changed it a lot without changing the arrangement or anything.

I like covers where the people playing and giving vocals play and sing like the original, even if it doesn't sound the same. The vocals on this track may not sound the same, but the emotion and mannerisms of the speech come through.

If you ask me we got a whole lot more.
Nirvana and Kurt would of ran their time, I always wish there would of been more music every time I listen to a live album but I know like most great things they would of faded, changed to much for their fan base and everyone would hate.

Dave and Taylor are godsends the Foo handles change well.

While Grissom is spot on with this cover, his bass player is kickin' ass in the background.

David Grissom is an excellent (not very well known) musician.

Going old school, I liked Rod Stewarts cover of Motown songs like "I'm losing you" and "Twistin' The Night Away".
I'm glad the Ataris "Boys of Summer" was posted.
I like CCRs cover of "Heard It Through The Grapevine".
Theres some really good stuff.
How do you post the videos? I can only figure out the youtube link.

Oh man...great selection! That's from his show at Royal Albert Hall in 2009. Have you seen his documentary about "Tour De Force"? A must see for any Bonamassa fan and those who aren't fans will be after seeing it. Pretty amazing thing he does by playing four nights in a row with a different set each night. I think it deserves it's own thread actually.

The kids covering Iron Maiden- Number of the Beast are great. My favorite cover in this thread so far.

Going back a few years, but Toto rocked in the 80's and still does. This is a great coffee house cover.
