Thanks nc_mx

Paulie Bruno (east coast RG3 ) is my suspension guy. I got some setting from him to get an idea also. I'm going to send it to him once I get a few rides on the scooter.

If the oils still pretty new set the clickers in the middle on the forks and set that sag at about 103-105, that'll do for a couple rides till you get it revalved and resprung. I'm 200lbs and revalved at Enzo by Ross and Will which is pretty heavy duty but I like this setup with this bike it seems to like the stiffer settings, It doesnt do anything funny like the YZs do with a stiff fork setting I got off of last year.

East Coast Rg3? Since when?

Nothing is more aggravating than a suspension company recommending clicker settings. MXA is notorious for doing this! Anything that is damping is speed sensitive. It's the same as recommending jetting for everyone. If someone calls me up I will recommend a clicker adjustment change from where they are set at or from stock to help them with a problem they are having. There isn't a magical setting for everyone that's just stupid.

I wouldn't recommend putting the clickers in the middle and going riding. The manufacturers design the valving around a certain range of free bleed in the suspension from the adjusters. (I.E. More open 12-20 range uses stiffer valving and vice versa) Just going to the middle for the sake of going to the middle isn't a good idea. It's best to start off from the stock settings and go from there.

You will need stiffer springs...The Team Green recommendations are accurate just note that the spring rates are in Newtons and not KG. A newton is the force required to cause a mass of one kilogram to accelerate at a rate of one meter per second squared in the absence of other force-producing effects. When all is said and done 1kg = 9.81 N/mm

Oh, and you don't need a linkage for that bike either......Propaganda.

Listen to Active Ride, the guy knows his information.

Too many well known suspension shops don't know shit! And that includes a few from well known SoCal.

I'm thinking about taking my suspension to either MB1 or ESP. Have you used either of them?

I've never used MB1 nor ESP, so I cannot comment on their work. What one shop does for one guy may not have the same result for a different guy with a different bike, different speed/skill, etc... Good luck!

Thanks active, you pretty much said the same thing as my suspension guy. I'll set the sag at 105, 12 out on comp forks & shock. I'll start with 10 out on the reb. fork & shock with 1.5 high spd comp and ride the damn thing!!!

Devil1, I road tested the truck tonight...it's all good. I'm just going to go over everything & I'll call you in the AM.

The 26" spinners with the neons look pimpT!! lol
