I was really on the fence about it. But after reading about how they're going to have a career mode where you earn contracts, I'm all in.

The rider animations are in progress, guys. There is also a survey where they are asking input on the trailer on their FB page. Everyone, please, send constructive comments that focus on realism. Not just a Reflex rehash. I enjoy Reflex/Alive's control and physics but they generally got everything else wrong. Scale way too large (until Alive), kamikaze AI in reflex, unrealistic Nationals, no points series (that's a biggee), no full license. With all that being said I do know some good things are coming from Nordic regarding that series. So stay tuned.

But in regards to MXGP...I think it looks amazing for their second effort and if they can nail to rider physics and control I think they have really captured everything else that the other MX games missed.

I think MXGP is going to have all the things that MX vs. ATV lacked that I care about. Actual tracks, and championship, and a career mode are going to make this game for me.

A decent mx game would make me so happy but I cannot bring myself to believe, I played the 2013/2014 moto gp game recently, that is a big production house and they have made a lot of games in that series and it still sucks....maybe that's harsh, it's perhaps not as good as what I would expect in bloody 2014...isn't it the same people making both games?

Bikes and riders are extremely difficult to get correct and I expect we will only every get a good one (by this I mean what we won't pick holes in, or just make do with, yes reflex etc are great fun fun but come on it's pretty bad) IF a huge house gets involved, I'm thinking forza or gt developers....which will never happen because there simply is not the market, I hate this and I love playing crappy mx games so it bothers me but after decades of suffering I have come to accept what we get and just turn on F1 or forza when I want my thrill of virtual petrol action.

This game will get my money without a doubt IF they can make the riding better, and the reaction to the track better....looking forward to more updates...things like career mode are vital for this type of game to keep you engaged, glad they doing that.

You killing it bro, doing the fast lap. The game looks good ,what a difference from thier first MUD, milestone should make good money on this one. I hope it hits the US soon.

I wish they tried to replicate the soil as well. I don't recall Matterly Basin being loamy soil.

Game seems a bit WFO to me, and very slidy. The riders bounce around to much when they collide. Looks are good though

It's definitely not WFO! It's completely the opposite. On some tracks, you have to really think about throttle control etc; it gets quite technical! Also, the way it slides into corners is because there is a separate back brake button, so that's what that is.

Does anyone know if the game will work in the North American consoles? I have a buddy that lives in Europe that will send me the game but I want to make sure it will work here.
