Enzo does fantastic work on that KYB suspension. If it's stock springs then it's probably a touch soft for you. They tend to set 450's up for 180-205 lbs. If the spring rate is still stamped on the rear coil just call a suspension company and they'll be able to tell you if what you have is correct or not.

Race sag you could just google it or go to motocrossactionmag.com and read some articles on there. Also you could read the FAQ on suspension shop's webpage and most of what your asking can be answered better than what I can explain. If you are having problems with finding suspension shops just put the suspension name together without spaces and add .com. e.i. racetech.com etc.

First, do you know who (weight/skill level/application) the bike was setup for previously? That will help give us an idea what is in it. Not necessary, but definitely helpful.

As far as the spring rate that is currently on it, shoot me an email to chris@racetech.com and I will get you setup with tech support. They have a few ways to walk you through to find out what spring rate you have installed. Proper rate springs are the most important part of getting your handling sorted, so this is the first and most important step.

If you are confident you want to get work done, whether it is freshening up the oil, springs, or valving, you can also send it to Race Tech and we'll check the spring rates for you. If they aren't right we can give you the option to change them out as well. Anything RT does is 100% guaranteed.

From there, we can look at the valving and see if it makes sense for a revalve or to try and tune what you have if it isn't up to par with what you're needing. Suspension revalves and setups are all about personalizing them for the rider and their type of riding/skill level. There is no "magic bullet" per-say that works for every rider.
