You think Dungey is the main guy in the KTM pits still?

Dungey is only 28 points out of 1st.
There are 275 AMA/300 FIM points waiting to be earned by winners.
He's waaaaay more Aggressive than we've EVER seem him. Ever.
We've had 3 different winners in 5 Races.
You know we're going to have a coupl'a more "different" winners. Probably more than a couple, at that.
Dungey has a habit of staying healthy & riding fast...always.

So, I think it's safe to say that this season has a long way to go & we're going to have some AMAZING races along the way. Heck, we haven't even started the "East", yet.

Here's where you can call me crazy: I see the opportunity for as many as SIX other riders winning SX mains. One of whom is currently on a 250...

So, you guys think Monster & Kawasaki will kick down more $ & a better contract for the US SX & Nationals than Red Bull KTM will for US SX, Nationals, MXoN & GPs or ANYTHING-ELSE KR desires?

My money's on KTM, Red Bull and a lengthy guarantee that the others can't match.

Kenny's German. That helps him be a part of a "Bigger Picture" for KTM.

Why would KTM pay Roger to develop a 450 for their American rider if they're only concerned about over seas racing?

BTW: I'm pretty sure US sells more dirtbikes(and powersports in general) than any other nation, so to say that the US is not a manufacturer's primary focus would be ludicrous.

Dungey is still the guy and will be for awhile. He has had some bad luck but it hasn't been for a lack of trying. By Vegas he will have a shot, always does.

Yep, KR had plenty of time behind Reed's Kawie to witness how much better the rear suspension worked on his bike than the KTM!

If your Dungey I'd say this is the million dollar question, I'm thinking some of that awesome super slow mo footage of Dungey & Roczen going through the whoops would be very interesting.
I actually think RD will come out ahead at the end of the season, but by jeez it'll be close.

Im a big merica guy...love our guys kicking ass. But Ken Roczen is a stud and if I were the KTM decision makers I would put the main focus into Kenny. Dungey can win when its given to him...but he never "makes it happen". I have poked lots of fun at Kenny for some of the lifestyle stuff. And I can be quoted as saying him and Aldon working together is bad news for his comp.
Dungey is not the main guy at KTM anymore, He might still finish ahead of Roczen come Vegas...but if your the guy calling shots, you see who has the potential and whos shown there best.

Coal-train, I hear you man. I think Kenny coming in lit the fire under Dungey's ass to try and make things happen, and losing to RV for the past few years isn't sitting well either. So he goes out and get a trainer, and he has been more aggressive than ever. We haven't seen the best of Dungey yet and he isn't scared of re-inventing himself. I'm digging it. He isn't going out hand over the keys to the kingdom just yet!

I doubt he is. Roczen seems like the furture, easy to work with. Seems like Dungey is the past and less easy to work with. I know who would be my number one guy in 2014.

Tomac and Roczen will smoke Dungey outdoors, without a doubt. And I will bring that up during the outdoor series. Look for Reed and Villopoto to also smoke Dungey outdoors and Stewart also. I am a big Dungey fan, but he looks terrible this year and looked terrible the last two times I saw him ride. He needs to change something.

Thanks guys....but yeah , I have a deal in the works. I'm picking up a very low hour 2012 KXF450 for a very good price from one of my best friends. In fact Sharkey.....you met him up at Washougal on the #149 Kawi. He's been a great friend of mine going on about 20yrs and one of the only guys on the planet I would buy a used bike from.....he takes care of his stuff. I still have my 08' CRF450 which has been the best bike I've ever owned....but the suspension is lacking compared to these newer bikes. Had that damn thing gone through , re-sprung , re-valved , played with shim stacks , removed mid-valve.....you name it , I've done it........and I can't help that Son of a bitch! So I'm moving on and back to the Kawi's!

Well....I'm looking at it this way. Kawi knows they have one more year with Ryan after this year.....they are going to need a replacement. AC will still have at LEAST two more years on the lites bike........that's going to leave them with no rider if everyone else is spoken for. And I believe KR's contract is up at the end of this year.......as has been mentioned.....he's trying to line something out for 2015 and beyond.

I know KTM's pocket book is deep......BUT , if Kawi only has to pay Ryan and Ken for one year , and then Ryan retires.....it sets them up with a contender and a lot of extra cash laying around. I also think that training with RV and AC ( whom both are on kawi's ) and being awfully chummy with Reed the past few weeks........I dunno man , I've seen smoke like this before , and 9 times out of 10.....there is something there.

LMFAO!....You can be such an idiot , it amazes me ( actually it doesn't any more ).

Look.......Tomac and Roczen are both awesome prospects .....but on a 450 , doing the complete national series they haven't done shit yet! Nothing. Don't bring up lap times from the lites class bullshit either.....as it doesn't translate over onto the big bikes.

And you think Stewart and Reed are going to wax RD as well?..........How has that worked out the past few years?

I love almost every single one of my aussie brothers on this site.....except you. You've become a jaded , loud mouth , fountain of mis-information and basically just a shit starter. WHY the fuck GuyB even lets your dumbass post here........again , I have no idea.

I see RV winning the nationals again. And I think it's a safe bet we'll see RD get that 2nd place again......everything else is going to be up for grabs. As the 450 is a totally different ball game.
