@ESPNStatsInfo Percy Harvin's kickoff return TD is the 10th kickoff return TD in Super Bowl history

Has there ever been a shutout in the SB?
answered my question:

@ESPNNFL There has never been a shutout in the Super Bowl. Closest came in Super Bowl VI when Dallas beat Miami 24-3.

At some point, Seattle has to pull the plug on the Okung era.......

He has about as many holding penalties in his first 4, injury shortened seasons as Walter Jones had in his entire career.....

I was fortunate enough to see him live when he played for Wisconsin. When people say somebody has "it", whatever "it" is, he has it. The kid is special. And has in spades the most important thing needed to play quarterback in today's NFL and that is intelligence.

This is the most dominant ass whooping I' ve ever seen in a Super Bowl. Not a Seahawk fan but got to give it to them. They've got a so-so offense but with that defense you don't need much. I'd like to see them compared to the '85 Bears defensive stat wise.

I Did not understand the transfer from NC to Wisconsin but it worked to get him noticed. Maybe the NC Coach thought he was to short?

Right on. Lots of ex-badger players (Maragos, Wilson, Schofield, Ball) and one serving as a coach (Bevell) in this game.

This game reminds me of the LSU Alabama game a couple years back. LSU completely forgot how to play football, and Alabamas defense had them scared to even hike the ball. It was hilarious. I hope the Seahawks bury them.

The NC State coach didn't want him to spend summers playing baseball. When he realized baseball might not be the thing for him, he went to Wisconsin. I think he'd already graduated from NC State so he was immediately eligible.

In all fairness, if these teams played best of 5 my money is on one of them winning the series 3-2.

Denver is a very good team, but they definitely didn't come out prepared like I thought they'd be.

There was a lot of things going on with that and not sure if will ever know the entire story. He still wanted to be able to play baseball and from what I understand the coaching staff gave him somewhat of a ultimatum? The baseball pursuits interfered with spring practices I believe and they moved on. They had Mike Glennon (starter now for the Buccaneers) waiting in the wings and just decided to move forward.

As far as going to Wisconsin, I think a big part of the reason he chose them (he graduated in 3 years so he didn't have to sit out a year) was the size of the offensive line. He knew the big knock on him was his height. He wanted to prove he could play behind a big, tall, athletic offensive line and still make all the throws a quarterback needs to make. Wisconsin's offensive is usually bigger and taller than a lot of even NFL teams. That and they run a "pro-style" offense. And yes, it upped his exposure level as well.
