What's your worst injury experience?

Dislocated elbow and shoulder.

Ripped a few ligaments apart.

That's it

I was pretty lucky.

Compression fractured a vertebrae.
Concussions
Fractured ribs
Fractured hand bones twice
Blew out both knees
Permanent nerve damage to hip from high speed crash

I am now nearing 70. I can walk but it hurts. My knees are shot again. Other than that everything else is fine.

Back in '99, looped out over a double in 4th gear on a 500cc two stroke. A witness said that I came down in a standing position behind the bike. I don't remember that part, but I do remember ragdolling down the track for what seemed like forever. Broken and displaced tib-fib in my left leg which required a plate and screws. 2 broken vertebra and 3 cracked ribs which were not diagnosed for 2 weeks (difficult spot to x-ray was their excuse). Broken tail bone.

Let me first say, RIDGE WINS. End of story.

Cased a rather large double, peaky and 70 foot across 3rd gear.

Exploded left femur up by hip (greater trochanter area)...broke left radius and ulna by wrist...3rd degree separation right shoulder...cracked sternum...7 broken ribs...one rib punctured my right lung like a spear...knocked out and a heavy concussion. Nice total for a single crash.

Got a nice 14" titanium nail and another part in the ball of the femur, some screws down by the knee to fix the rod. Cast of course on the left arm. They never bothered with the ribs and sternum, had a tube in the right chest cavity for 5 days. Was pretty hard to wipe my ass for a bit.

Spent a couple weeks in a wheelchair, then a few weeks with a walker, then finally a crutch. Was able to start jogging (oh my god, pain) at 5 months and was riding at ten months.

The track finally removed the double after it caused my injury, two broken backs, and several broken arms/wrists.

I wasn't gonna post in here and I bet Scottie is avoiding it too but bugger it!
first turn crash over the bars, disintegrated my C7 into my spinal chord and arteries, had an operation 2 days later where they used a big chunk of my hip and a plate to replace my C7 but when she was cleaning up all the bone the surgeon 'bumped' a fragment of bone that was lodged in my artery and I lost 70% of my blood in about 3 seconds haha well maybe not that fast but I'm super lucky it happened during the op not in the days prior as I'm assuming it would've been bye bye Johnny.. spent 8 months in a hospital 3 hrs drive from my family rehabbing Occupational Therapy every morning Physio every afternoon.
