I think you guys do a great job. One thing I would like to see more of... not from just you but from Vurb, Racer X, etc would be more of the behind the scenes stuff... and not just at the races, but maybe at home where the guys are training, how they are training, testing days, working hand in hand with their mechanics and trainers. I think that would be cool just to show how intense and focused these guys have to be year round to compete at the top level. I know that "Inside The Moto" did it really well and I found that part to be more interesting.
Also show the riders cutting loose a little bit. I don't want to see robot riders doing robot things. Show their personalities some. Pulp MX does a good job of making the show more relaxed and the riders show their personalities more there. I'd like to get more into their outside of racing hobbies too.

I also like seeing any different little part on any riders bike. Audio with photos is nice, but not every week. A photo collection of what is is done to a top riders bike between qualifying and the final.

I would love to see the picture gallery that doesn't have to reload every time as well. But I love the captions you guys put with each picture, and if you cant incorporate the captions with a smoother gallery. Then don't change a thingCool

I'd love to see some early Thurs/friday video footage of the track and press day laps.

Love "Pit Bits" for all of the "trick bits" in the pits, that's really all I like to look at and also like to see what special lines the top guys are taking in practice so we can see what they do in the night show. I really like what you do with your race day coverage and this is the first place I go to on Monday morning. Thank You!

I think the content is already really good, but I believe big improvements could be made to the website layout and the layout of the different features. There is a lot of room for improvement on the web development side, I wish Vital needs to step it up again.

Honestly, you guys already do a great job. Like everyone else here, I love the Pit Bits, they are what I look forward to the most. Like most others I would like to see some more privateer insight, not the Weston/Kiniry level, but the lower level privateers. I love Weston and Bobby, but the lower level dudes need some love too!

More trick bike parts was mentioned and I love that stuff too....but at the same time I know how long that takes and GUYB is only human. I am happy we get what we get. Thanks for the work that you do and make sure the little tweaks you make still leave time for some R&R, lol

I love the current format. I would like to see mechanic and other support personnel interviews as well. Like how do they set-up their tool boxes, favorite tools, etc.

Thinking over how to cover the series next season, i'm wondering what you guys would like to see. For the longest time we've done it photo gallery style, with 40-50 photos with captions up by the next morning.

Do you like that? Would you prefer something different?

Pit Bits will stay pretty much the same. Practice and pit photos, up before race time.
I wouldn't mind seeing a photo gallery of your adventures at each National. Where you stayed, who you rolled with, which Vitalmx members that you ran into during the weekend. Go old school when the boards weren't so much about business and promotion. Not a ton of photos, but just a little something to see what's it's like for you (or whoever puts it together) at the races.

Might be a stupid idea, but I'd like to see a "Before and After" section. a short 3-5 question interview with 2 or 3 riders each weekend during track walk getting their take on layout, whats tough, what will seperate, what will break down, where they will make time, etc. Then interview the same guys after the race with the same basic questions.. Where did it break down, what was tough, where did you struggle, and so on.

Could even throw in a "before and after" picture of the bike race prepped then at the end of the night.

And not just the "top" guys.. get everyones take throughout the season, and change up the questions throughout.

Ask the riders if they had to smack-talk with Ronnie Mac what would they need to say to him?

I love that. Absolutely love that. Would read it every week. You gotta wonder if what the expected changed. Very good input.

I thinks the overall coverage is very good!

I would like to see more curious details of the bikes, riding gear, mechanics tricks, and the "behind the scene" of the privateers… that would be perfect!!

That happens at races that are local to us. If we were to do do that for every round, that'd mean two more hotel nights each week, and no more girlfriend for me. Smile

There's actually a reason for it to be like that. With the current setup, you can like or share an individual photo. If it was a slideshow style, you could only like/share the entire slideshow.

There's always the autoplay option, or using the left/right arrows to navigate through a photo gallery.

I really like the galleries with the captions, but I feel like I see too many galleries. I go through all my websites seeing 2-3 galleries on the same round. It gets pretty boring after a while. I do love the galleries with the sound that runs in the background. I think that those are awesome! Maybe throw up the normal gallery, but with interviews playing in the back ground, or something like that. Spice it up a bit!

Steve,

I would like to see more about the bikes, the technology being used.

Things like pipe design, big radiators, data collection, triple clamp offset, tubeless?,weight savings,

Gas springs,pullrod design,subframe cut?,

Especially the top secret stuff, like tungsten in the airbox for weighin,if the do weigh in,lol.

I think data collection is going to be the next big thing, traction control would be a big plus in sx,

Figuring out which way to do it will be solved with data collection.

Closeup pics of the bike, engine and such ,especially when you see something odd.

See you in Atlanta

Keep everything the same.

You could even do more pit bits and everyone would be even more happy.

They do weigh-in early in the season. Most bikes aren't anywhere near the minimum. The KTMs and Hondas are the leaders in being on the light side.

Those Pit Bits come in handy as time killer before races start.
If possible maybe shoot more in depth stuff.
Inside the rigs - with more insider type captions.

RV watching his first practice session in the Team Kawi rig.
He say's he's going to switch to rear tire M22 blah blah for the heat races/main.
He really liked the outside line through that rhythm section.

Just little insider captions - as much as you can get out of them. Smile

I really like what you're doing currently but do like this idea as well.
Would be cool to see the various different riders perspectives before and after the races as the season progressed.

That suprises me,you would think the bigger budgets would get the weight off.

A lot of racing, less fluff during the race (time it during the beginning before gate drops).

More split screens.

A lot more wisdom about cutting away from racing to replay starts, etc.

Drop running banner of tweets, unless it is a cadre of reporters on the ground tweeting something to add to the event. Some of the crap getting tweeted is people repeating what they just saw on the broadcast itself. That's fine for twitter feeds, but inane and distracting and a waste of screen space when its a running banner of crap with a few gems strewn in nonw and then from someone actually there and adding information to what's already been seen on the screen.

No commercials during races.

I've been screwing around with a Google Chrome extension that does that: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/vitalmxcom-fixer/naoiijfdpkkj…

Not perfect by any means, but thought it might be useful.
