It's a sign from the Moto Gods that this track is an abomination.

I don't remember any of those at gainsville downsouth. Tongue Gators in the pit but no dust tornados.

I have been blown off the track in midair at Thundercross before when the gusts from an apporaching thunderstorm came out of nowhere. It was in the old location when they were still next to the dirt oval car track. We were in the middle of a practice session and I noticed it suddenly got really cold and I hit the takeoff of a 60ft tabletop they used to have on the end of the track and by the time I landed I was about 5 feet off the edge of the table and flat landed. That was scary.

Happens in Vegas too. This will happen where there is an erosion of soil. If there crust of top soil or vegetation is removed, expect dust. This occurs in construction areas in Vegas all the time.

You will not see this at a track like Unadilla due to the grass and vegetation:

nor will you see a dust storm that bad here:

However, when you do this.... top soil becomes silt and needs to be watered to keep dust down.
