What do you say to your team manager if you're a factory guy finishing behind someone old enough to be a grandpa?

He's going to be 44. Just sayin. Probably the toughest track on the circuit. I'm sure he could do just as well at any other track if he was a full timer. BTW, that first sentence was sarcasm for the sarcastically challenged. Good work John, give em hell the 2nd moto. Cool

The worlds best GP sand rider gets sandblasted in the second moto .

home track advantage comes behind

1. He started racing a lot later
2. He rides ALL the time, and not just the Wick
3. He's awesome!

Dowd has got to be great material for all the trainers the week after the Wick.
"You just got your ass handed to you by a guy older than your dad!"

And call it what you will but that guys is awesome to watch carving up 338.
Smoother as it gets rougher.

people can call it home track advantage, but if the track was as rough as it gets for every local race, i bet he would of done even better. the wick today was far from as rough as it normally is. i don't see locals at other tracks getting the results he does. he even did pretty good at unadilla
