Did he get divorced? Noticed on twitter he doesn't talk about his wife or show her anymore. Just curious.

Dang bummer... I'm not some huge DV fan, but him and his wife seemed really cool, that's unfortunate to hear.

I was wondering the same thing. I thought I heard him on PulpMx say, "I've got the kids 50% of the time", but I listen to most of my podcasts on 2x speed.

Hope everyone is handling it as well.

His wife was smoking hot to boot. Bummer for DV but hopefully they can keep things cordial for the sake of the kids!

Do you also hate seeing something in the neighborhood of 50% of people getting married? Wink

I'm 0-2 in the marriage department. It works for some people (like my parents...for over 50 years). I consider it overrated.

The other 50% seems to be poker and clubs

Why? Sometimes it's the best for both.

It's seems like the number is around 70% of marriages fail. Add on another 20% who stay together just because it's financially beneficial or it's just not worth it to move out. The gays can have marriage.

I'm 0-2 also.

The thing I hate seeing is that if you decided to get married in the first place then you should do everything you can to stay together-everything unless there is violence, infidelity.

What's the purpose of even getting married anymore if divorce is so easy? I just hate seeing people give up whether it's better for both or not. Why even get in relationships period? I'm at the point in my life where I don't think I will ever be with anybody again and that's a lonely life but it just hardly ever works. The ones that stay together just tolerate each other eventually but they stick to that original marriage vow.

I'll bet DV's wife is just jonesin to meet up with some of the womanizers on vital. You know who I'm talkin about!!! Yeah, you that criticize the hottest women on earth (e.g., Dianna Dahlgren) while you spank the monkey in your mommy's basement. Bunch of 40 year old virgins around here.

"Hi David, yeah, I'm the step father to your kids. You probably know me from vital. I'm pretty huge over there. My handle is "motodouche69". "

Life is hard. Marriage is even harder.

For people that get married in this day and age as young as my wife and I did I bet the divorce rate is at 75%. She got pregnant in November of our senior year in high school and we were married that same January (1989). We are still married and will celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary this coming January 25th.

I've watched my sister and now my oldest son (23) go thru hell with these split homes. I am so thankful everyday that I didn't have to put myself of my kids thru split homes. We toughed out our marriage and I'll tell ya there was times I really wanted to call it quits but we hung in there.

I know some split homes can work out great but when the family has the same to parents together I think the kids do better. You have the two people that care the absolute most about their children working together to ensure there best rearing.

At least that's my reasoning. I've watched my sister and her exe just slap go to war over their kids. Now my son goes thru the same shit except now it effects us as we have a grandson thru him. I'll say it again, I'm thankful everyday we decided to stay together.

No disrespect to any of you that have come up thru divorced homes or are now involved with split family relationships.

For those of you who have divorced, what was the main reason?

My wife and I married later in life, 32 and 33 yrs old. We have issues sometimes but I don't see us ever having such issues where we would divorce. Well, except if one of us cheated, that is an immediate deal breaker. We don't have kids and don't plan on having kids so that takes a ton of stress off our marriage as well.

Well.....I wasn't going to chime in on this thread , because it's none of my business.......But......

It sucks for David and his wife that things didn't work out. They both seem like very cool people and I wish them both the best.
