After this weekend, I think Dungey has the momentum and will to make it a battle to the end. I say he can do it and odds on will.

Realistically I not sure but hope so, But I can tell you that he's the only one that has the capability to ride the pace that Villopoto has.

Maybe he can apply the pressure if he keep up he good starts, I don't care which one of the Ryan's come out on top as long as we see some historic battles along the way. It 's going to be fun to watch as the Ryan's both have the speed & stamina.

But they each have a very different riding style & approach to the way they race. I think it's a win win for the fans , as we get to see the best 2 riders in the world lay down some incredible laps!

He can, not sure if he will be able too. Last weekend was a great start but, until he beats RV in a series ( that RV doesn't get hurt in), its hard to bet against Villo. Here's to hoping for some more great racing!!!

Dungey needs to catch and Pass RV, he has yet to do that, but he got closer this weekend than he has all year, hopefully he can make a race of it, as run away winners are boring,

Not unless he himself causes RV to falter and have a bad moto or two. If RV has a bad race because of himself or anyone else other than the #5(1) the haters will place the asterisk. Dungey has the speed and is the only contender, very possible.

I think he can, he typically is a slow starter in any series.

Will he? Not sure. Poto is fast.

If he gets a start every week and rides like he did yesterday then it's a great possibility. However, everybody thought Dungey had the momentum after his win at Muddy Creek and look what happened the next weekend...

The problem is that RV gets to the front way quicker. If Dungey does what he did in the second moto more often where got into first and opened up a lead then it would be a tighter series.

very possible, but the way RV has come out since Vegas He just seems to be on a different level.

Dungey, has the best shot at keeping the pressure on and hoping for a mistake because when RV crash's it's a huge yard sale.

A chance yes but I would say the odds are in RV's favor, the kid is straight up bad ass when the chips are down.

Hit the nail on the head. Dungey seems to take 2 or 3 laps to get comfortable with the track whereas RV just takes it on the first lap. And by the time RD catches the pace RV is running, RV already has a good lead. And he rides too consistent to be caught.

Blink ...really? I seem to remember him catching and passing RV in SX so your "all year" logic just went out the window. Not sure if he can make up the 16 points but it should be fun to watch.

RV has gone to the MC/RC school..................... Get a start, ride like a wildman for 3-4 laps and try to demoralize the competition.

Just get out front as fast and far as you can, as quickly as you can and let everyone else try to catch up...

Dungey seems to try and build as the race progresses. Don't get me wrong, I think RD is freakin' fast as hell. I just think he needs more aggression earlier in the race.

But who the fuck am I kidding............... DeCoster has more moto knowledge in his pinky finger then I ever will and he is RDs' team manager. RD appears to be an intelligent dude so I am sure he is taking his cues from "The Man".

RV is the Man until he decides not to be.

Dungey has Southwick dialed in. Should be a great race and I predict Dungey will go 1-1.
