Seems to me that there has been bullshit in that camp since day one.......and the initials start with TA.
I agree with that Jeffro503 100%. Tony A. is the biggest problem for Mike & has been for many years! Mike should fire Tony?

Tony is always so wound up! First thing that springs to my mind is mike should stop compressing his feelings and kick his dad to the curb. Send him packing, and his career would stop bottoming out, and should rebound.

That being said, there is a way to go about conducting yourself and learning to get getting buy-in and help from people and not burning bridges.
Ya, there are better ways to go about things. Such as, not having a friend of the fired person posting the dirty laundry on the net.
