Of all the awsome bikes on this post, and there are alot, That bike is it. Dont know where you found it but damn, one of the best 2 strokes ever made by Kawi.

yes thats the one, we made a really good deal, I am so excited to get it and put it back together! talk about an impulse buy, i dont have gear, tools, or a truck to take it out in! But it was a good deal on a perfect bike and exactly what I was looking for!

thank you, my last bike was a 2000 KX250! I loved that thing and road it through 2002 after i healed from right scaphoid break that took almost a year to heal. I always said i will never own a 4 stroke(no offense to foir stroke fans its just not my thing) and if I find a clean 2006 KX I will buy it, I am knocking on 40 so I guess I am starting my mid lifr crisis!

My 94 CR500. When I got back on a dirt bike at 51 I never even gave a 4 stroke a thought and I'm glad of it. A lot of cash tied up in this oldie but the fun I get from it is worth every penny!

That's sweet, it's exactly how my 2000 KX250 was and my " new" 06 will be the same.... Just the necessities! But I might do my black rims sooner than later! That being said, being ordered tomorrow are gold valves front and back, pro circuit factory pipe and shorty silencer along with Renthal sprocket and DID 520 ERT chain!

That should be a good start!!!!

They're not lil' Hanny per se, but the guy came off a broken back and two broken arms to win the championship on an unproven, hunk of shit prototype bike the following year.

Fun fact: when he broke both his his arms at Budds in 97, apparently the guy who pulled his helmet off for him was Tony Blazier.

It's cadmium plated. Looks greenish yellowish.

also gets rubbed off the first dozen times you nail the brake.
