4-5 for 4th overall.

Didn't he podium a few weeks ago?

Look out! The Canadians are coming to kick some butt. There seems to be a trio of tough Americans, but I think we have the rest of the pack covered.

Argue and discuss....

We'll see how it all stacks up at the MXDN this year. Should be our best showing ever.

Not sure about the race, but upon reading the interview with Steve Matthes/Wey, he did state that he was not trying to interfere with the title. He was also riding his practice bike and was just trying to stay in race shape. Not sure if any of this factored into the results or not. Also, Klatt was having a hell of a time in the US and then doing well at home. Kinda wierd how the scenery changes things. I would think that Canada guys had extra motivation to step and show their stuff this week with the extra attention Wey brought up there. Good for them.

Kind of like how our guys race their practice bikes down south when they go? Word was it was an older team race bike. It's not like he was racing a stocker with a pipe, piston and suspension work. Like Keast who finished third.

Take that you greasy Appalachian.

They tried to interview him between motos on the pirate internet broadcast they were running. Apparently he shooed them off with a comment to the effect of "I need to find more speed". I think he expected to do better, much better.

Klatt's a big kid. He isn't suited for a 250F and he never raced the nationals. His strong suit. No matter, he's getting his butt handed to him by Facciotti week in and week out anyhow. He's not the fastest guy up here anymore.

I heard Lange was approached by a big team for the 450 class in SX. Anybody know any more about that? He was running right up with Townley before cancer sidelined him for a year. I'd love to see him get a good shot with the right team. He could be a serious threat for the podium every week in SX. Thing is I don't know if Lange has anything for Facciotti indoors or out. I heard he was talking about going back to arenacross for another easy paycheck. That would be a shame. Profitable, but a shame.

I think he did what he could do. Put him in the series and he prepares for it , he probably wins it. Face it it's kind of like Basketball. The world is catching up.
They have a limited season up there so when they do it, the Canadians are serious.

I'd be willing to bet it isn't very far from his race bike. That isn't a very good excuse.

Keep an eye on this Kyle Keast kid who beat Wey straight up. He rides an almost stock bike, works full time as a welder and basically just races his regional stuff. Hardest charging rider on the track. I'd love to see what he could do with some good equipment and support, which hopefully he'll get soon.

Keast is an animal. I hadn't seen him ride until a couple of weeks ago and he impressed the hell out of me. Facciotti I've seen ride since he was making me look silly on a 60. I knew he would turn out to be fast, but his maturity and confidence has taken his speed to a level I never expected. He's just dominating this year.

He'll turn heads when Blackfoot hits a couple of rounds. Hopefully he'll be at Southwick, and on his race bike with the proper support. I'm not sure Blackfoot wants the American teams to see his true speed though. They won't be able to afford to keep him.
