Millsaps is a new man

The guy has always had talent and factory rides but has he really been applying himself before?

Maybe the step down from Factory to private team galvansied him into action also maybe a lower basic salary but high bonuses is a major motivation?

After all, IF he had not performed this year he would not of picked up a paying ride next year......

He is certainly riding to his full potential now

And all of that stacked field of 2013 behind him in points! Wow, wow, and wow!

And a 19 point gap back to second place. If Villo was 19 points up, most people would be saying the season is done. I hope he can keep his consistency going, cos he could become very hard to catch.

I still can't process it.

It just seems bizarre Millsaps can come out an win against one the deepest fields for years.

Where's the dood that said [after his first SX win this year] that he'd never win another SX this year?

Fail.

Great to see Davi maximising his potential. He is smart and fast right now, I hope he can stay healthy and keep fighting for this title.

What a smart ride last night. He took what the track gave him, stayed in the zone and let everyone else make mistakes. That was an absolutely perfect ride for a track like that one.

Mucho congrats to Davi.

He looks very much like Dungey on the bike, very in control and very consistent. He doesn`t have to win them all to win the championship with the rest of the field crashing out or struggeling to reach the podium.

I think we as fans can appreciate a season with few injuries and an underdog who runs away with it all

I agree with all the positive comments about Milsaps, especially who would have thought? The guy is amazing and I had him written as rider fill.

Please, he looks much better than Dungey on the bike. He looks very smooth... yet still fast!

I'm at a loss as well. Where has this guy been for the last 9 years?

He is nailing his starts too. That's been important this season.

I'm not hopping on the Millsaps bandwagon; I really thought the guy had wasted away his talent, but I am changing my tune.

After the first win an A1, I really thought the next week he wouldn't be near the podium. He's changed that opinion. The dude just added more to the point lead. If the "Big 5" aren't careful, it may be too late by the time Daytona comes around. The guy has nearly a one race lead in the points.

I was screaming at the tv and my wife last night, " WTF is going on? No one freakin' thought this would happen. Holy shit I am pumped for him though. Wow!" I quoted it because it was a true story with true words from my mouth.
