Broc Shoemaker is Mikes Kid. I am Brocs Brother Shane Mike has 3 sons me 22 Broc just turned 15 and A lil one. I dont race I just ride Broc has always had the love to race and has all the talent my Dad had but more. With my Dad training him and helping him hopefully he can be a success.
But Mike Shoemaker Did win mammoth and had a ride with team Tam on honda and battled growing up with his best friend Donnie Hansen.

Ya he rode the sra gps but more towards the end of his career. Hes very quiet and doesnt talk about his riding much but I know he won the baja 1000 and rode professionally for a while before getting hurt.

Sweet. I knew mike a little used to watch him race at dunes all the time. And he invited me to test a maico with him for dirt rider mag at a track on tapo I knew he was friends with Donnie used to ride with him at the erranger track huking that works bike off those cliffs. Hope mike is doing well

He rode alot of SRA stuff but after I was born. So it could be him Im not sure I do know he rode SRA all the time but when he was in his 30's so would of been about 15 years ago.

Ya my dad rode simi all the time thats where I grew up. Him and Donnie are still best friends and doing well.

I used to ride with Donnie and Mike in the hills in Simi Valley, I was just a young lad then. Mike was always a nice guy, very soft spoken. He had a sick Porche that Tamm let him use.Your dad was a good dude thehn.

Very fast man....rode Yammies think at the time; might be wrong, but remember MS being quite good.

That sounds like the guy I know...but the kid above said he (Mike Shoemaker) doesn't like to talk about his racing, well that couldn't be the person I knew. Vet Pro, So Cal., Yamahas !

Ya he rode for team tamm for a while. He also rode vet pro all that stuff. He was very fast and Donnie has told me he had a factory ride to ride supercross but for some reason he didnt and neither one of them talk about it. I dont know if it was injury i dont know what but wish he would of rode supercross it would of been right around the year I was born a little before maybe between 84-86. But that is the past and Broc is the future He is only 14 on a 250f and has won world minis loretta lynns and now goes up to the B class at age 14. He has alot of potential hopefully it uses all of it.
