It was about twice as much as I expected, but happy I did it versus buying a new bike. Now I have something that not too many people have so thats kinda cool. Here are a couple of before and after photos...

I want to do a steel framed Lamson replica 125 and actually race the thing whenever there is one of those one-off "two stroke" classes. I have a full set of the new Showa 04+ suspension laying around for it too.

those are Kashima coated KYBs

Well, My son came home from College for the Christmas Break and decided it was too pretty to leave in the garage.

That was a fun project. Now its all clean and ready for sale

Emig even took a poke at himself. I believe he was doing a bit about a motocross history museum, was taking viewers through a tour, went around the back of McGrath's bike on display, and said something like, "Oh, yeah, this is McGrath's bike....I recognize it now..." Emig had me laughing my ass off.
