F1 and MotoGP are rolling cities.

Motocross is more like a truck stop with a dirt parking lot.

You cant beat the Formula 1 rigs though. Most teams have 5-6-7 trailers that stack on top of each other to create huge hospitality units for all the mechanics/personel/sponsors not to mention all the extra rigs that transport the cars and other equipment. The money in Formula 1 is just incredible!

I'm not sure I'd list it as one of the greatest movies ever made, but it's definitely the best movie about hauling beer. It was nominated for an academy award if I remember correctly.

As far as MX rigs, the Rock River truck is pretty sweet, same with TLD Honda.

Just perusing this thread again. It's a trucking thing. (I know, you're thinking "loser") Something was stuck in my head about this, but I couldn't remember why, and today it hit me. When these rigs come up for the T.O. SX, not one of them is legal, because of the axle spacing on the trailer. It's 10' 1", not legal on any trailer over 48' in the Soviet Socialist Republic of Ontario. Needs to be max 72". I can just see some hard ass Nazi prick at the scale noticing the first one bouncing over the plate, and since they travel in packs, yarding them all out back and handing out tickets. Then making them drop the trailers if he REALLY wanted to gain brownie points with the boss and screwin up the SX.
Gibby, you want me to post up the maps to get AROUND the scales? Did I say that out loud? Lol.

Some of the teams did actually have problems getting into Canada in 2012. This photo is from Transworld.

"Due to Canadian laws for strict length requirements for big rigs, both Monster Energy Kawasaki and Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki had to rent these shorter cabs to get their trailers into Toronto."

Lol. Why am I not even shocked? Based on that, the tractors were over the 244" wheelbase limit, measured from steering axle center to center between the drive axles. And the trailers STILL weren't legal, the scale guys chose to let that slide. Dicks. It'd be the same goin' into Cali, though. Be legal, or don't come in. End of story. Been there, done that.

hmm, Quick question.. Why are all of these trucks designed with a slanted fade from behind the driver quarters?? It's odd and is screaming lack of originality... (not that i could do better).. To me the most original trucks in here are Chapparal's truck and Dirtwrux.

I think they should incorporate more top/down designs.. Bottom/up Designs.. Something to change it up a bit... maybe somehow include the awning into the design.

Don't even get me started on the fact that Cali is the only state left with bridge laws. The spread axle is nice because you never have to slide anything to scale it out and stay Cali legal. But you can run 18k an axle instead of 17k on a tandem setup.

Lol. Pretty much, only not a vac unit. Just a Roper pump pushing or pulling crude oil. If you think that yard's nasty, you should see those Saskatchewan ROADS. Makes that look like brand new asphalt.
