I was impressed with Baggett. The guy comes from Cali, mostly hard pack tracks and then adapts to his nightmare and get one good score (his goal).

Barcia was the biggest disappointment! That guy was telling the world that he grew up in the sand and that he was a sand rider and then you see him in real life and you need to conclude that he wasn't capable following Roczen on his 250, wasn't capable following De Dycker and so on! He only finished 1 out of 3 heats!

Agreed........ Dungey was just unimpressive. Barcia's bam bam style cost us a possible win. He should not have run it in on DeDyker and I thought he had a lot to do with Dungey's crash.

@DL Indeed I was standing not that far from the crash and Barcia had allot of input in that crash! Don't get it! Barcia really wanted to prove that he was able to ride sand and was able to beat Europeans...

To be fair to Barcia, he got the US on the podium with his third in the final moto, that was the best result USA got all weekend.

I liked Barcia the best of all Americans. He did great in the final moto.

And indeed, Barcia said he grew up in the sand and that he could ride in the sand. Have you also heard what he said on the podium ?
"Before today i thought i could ride in the sand. Today i found out i can't"

Well, before this nations event in Lommel i thought Barcia was an idiot. Full of himself. I found out he is a class act.

Barcia was the best one there and got us on the podium. Had he not gotten his front wheel chopped, he probably would have went 2-3, 3-3 at the worst. Barcia also got two top 5 starts from the outside. Dungey and Baggett had their worst races of the year.

Barcia a disappointment? That's some funny shit. The man dropped his bike, rode with broken spokes, had his front wheel lock up and still finished 14th. Then he finished third to two extremely talented sand riders. Congrats to Germany but Barcia was far from any disappointment.

He broke his spokes because he did a stupid action, his wheel locked up because he crashed... He made Dungey crash...
He tried to follow Herlings but overrode the track so hard that he went down (Qualifying).

I was there and Barcia was most impressive by far of the US riders. In that final moto we could all see how fast he had adapted too the gnarliest track in the world.

Phased him self well and showed great technique. 3 place was really the best he could do ! with 2 supreme sandriders in front he wanked a lot of big GP names who also are known for their sandriding.

if u look a the individual results BB # 12 got second in MX2 !

I think the US performance was great despite all the tipovers and problems they had. Germany had none.

Hey, even Cairoli said he was impressed by Barcia!!

Exactly. Dungey has had people crash all around him before. That didn't effect him. Just like the photographer didn't effect Stewart. If people really want to get into details about it, Dungey should have let Barcia by sooner since Barcia was clearly faster than him.

Look at Dungeys, he scares the f*ck out of him when he sees Barcia going from left to right to left and then because of that Dunge closes his throttle and that is a crucial mistake on a track as lommel. You can fix allot of things due a little bit more throttle but less throttle is a big mistake and that results in a crash!

Ha behave as soon as he lands his back end swaps has nothing to do with shutting off dungey fucked up and crashed. If it was to do with shutting off his front would have dug in but his back end kicked out. Ive rode that track many of time and know exactly how it rides.

Dungey was already sideways when Barcia crossrutted as u can se in slowmo, but Dungey could might have saved it by pinning it if Barcia wasnt there.
